Inside I Watch the Divine Domain, the guests seemed to have forgotten the scrolling banners entirely.
All of them fell into a stunned silence.
For once, no one even felt like needling Derek Vaughn.
What had just happened… was too unreal.
And it wasn't just them.
The livestream chat went brain-dead too.
"Did it… really die?!"
"No way. That thing just showed up and got erased. Even novels don't dare write it like that!"
"This is insane! A D-rank creature getting one-shot? Are we even in the same Divine Domain: Forbidden Zone?!"
"LET'S GO! Not even D-rank beasts can stop Dragon Nation's rise!"
"Y'all hyped it up like a final boss… and it was this? That's it?"
"Wait—Dragon Nation didn't collapse? And we even got a D-rank resource? No way… no way we're this lucky?!"
Once the shock wore off, Dragon Nation's chat flipped into full sarcasm—aimed straight at the smug "international friends" who'd been celebrating a second ago.
And this time?
Those "international friends" couldn't squeeze out a single word.
They were stunned too.
Because the script wasn't supposed to go like this.
That was a D-rank beast.
Where did they even find this "actor" from—sent here just to hand Dragon Nation a gift?
It showed up, strutted for half a scene… and got deleted on entry.
D-rank beast—say something. Have some dignity.
Just as arguments and disbelief kept boiling—
the Will of Blue Star yanked everyone back to reality.
[Congratulations! Dragon Nation'scompetitorsAdrian Vale and Raven Shaw have obtained a D-rank Chest reward!!]
Only then did the studio guests snap out of it.
But even now—
whether it was the freshly updated Points Leaderboard or the brand-new D-rank Chest—
no one had the mind to care.
Sienna Blake spoke first, and even she sounded like she didn't believe her own voice:
"It was… it was really a one-shot? What happened just now?"
The studio fell quiet again for a beat.
Then Captain Cole spoke carefully:
"That moment was too fast. Nobody could react in time. But if I had to guess… it might've been Raven Shaw who moved."
The others nodded instinctively.
Based on how Raven Shaw handled the E-rank beast earlier, she did seem the most likely.
And yet…
people couldn't stop their thoughts from drifting toward Adrian Vale.
That's when Sienna Blake suddenly perked up.
"Everyone—hold on. Even if it was only an instant, our team recorded it. If we replay it and slow it down… we can show that moment again."
Without hesitation, she clicked the remote.
The giant screen behind them lit up—frozen on the exact instant the livestream had "blacked out."
"What? It's just a black screen."
"What are we supposed to see—"
"Wait. Look closely. It's black… but there's a faint dark-red tint in it!"
They were right.
What "covered" the camera wasn't a glitch.
It was something that moved too close to the lens—something crimson and shadowy.
Something that looked like living flesh.
In other words—
what blocked the view was most likely Adrian Vale'skagune snapping forward.
The chat instantly erupted into new speculation.
"Don't tell me it was Eat-Stream Adrian Vale?! He's that cracked?!"
"Are you kidding? Find me another guy who eats Divine Domain: Forbidden Zone beasts raw. That's not normal human behavior!"
"Exactly! When Raven Shaw moved before, it was clearly a white flash! But this time it's black-red—doesn't match her at all!"
In the studio, Dr. Hart frowned, thinking hard.
Then he shook his head.
"No. That doesn't add up. Look at the wounds on the D-rank beast's chest—four massive holes. Do you really think that's something you can do barehanded?"
Captain Cole and Sienna Blake nodded at once.
Because in everyone's impression, Adrian Vale wasn't holding a weapon.
And to punch four enormous holes through a D-rank creature—
a creature whose hide bullets couldn't penetrate—
in a single instant…?
What kind of physical stats would that even require?
The chat started flipping back again.
"Yeah—then it HAS to be Raven Shaw's blade!"
"Right! Adrian Vale doesn't even have a weapon—how could he do that?"
"I mean… your logic makes sense, but… something still feels off."
"So was it really not Eat-Stream Adrian Vale?"
No matter how they argued it, both explanations had teeth.
Either Raven Shaw did it… but the color and timing didn't fit.
Or Adrian Vale did it… but people couldn't accept how he could cause that kind of damage "without a weapon."
In a matter of minutes, it wasn't just Dragon Nation.
It was the entire world—
men, women, old, young—
all obsessing over the same question:
Who killed the D-rank beast?
And what none of them realized was—
even Raven Shaw, the one they were suspecting…
was standing there in the Divine Domain: Forbidden Zone, quietly frozen in place—
completely stunned.
Because even she didn't understand what she'd just witnessed.
