"It's not working. I was too confident, Naruto. Splitting one Eight Trigrams Seal into three hundred and sixty-one seems impossible."
Naruto stood in front of Kurama, whose eyes looked bloodshot and tired. Although he was a tailed beast, he had been working for fifteen days straight.
Even for a tailed beast, it was quite a work.
But it was all for naught as he didn't succeed in creating a Sealing Jutsu like that.
Hearing that, Naruto sighed.
"Kurama, take some rest! We have plenty of time to work with that sealing Jutsu. For the next match, I don't really need this Jutsu."
"Although I haven't awakened Ice Release, I did get Steam Release, Magnet Release, and Lava Release."
"As long as I focus on awakening Lava Release within fifteen days, I can basically defeat Neji without your Chakra."
"After that, we will have plenty of time to work with this Jutsu."
Hearing that, Kurama paused and asked.
"Naruto, why don't we give up on this? It's not like you don't have other methods to get stronger."
"You have the Chakra of Asura. As long as you take eye from Danzo and Itachi, you will get a pair of Mangekyo Sharingan."
"Then, using Sasuke's Chakra and combining it with your Chakra, you will have a chance of transforming those Mangekyo Sharingan into Rinnegan."
Naruto's face turned ugly as he pointed at his eyes and shouted.
"Kurama, my eyes are great. I don't need to stamp others' eyeballs into mine."
"And, what's the point of awakening a Rinnegan? Except for some crazy abilities, it isn't that useful."
"Remember when my future-self used Baryon Mode, his dynamic vision was stronger than Sasuke's Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan and Rinnegan."
"So, as long as I can achieve that level of strength without sacrificing you, I will not need those crazy eyeballs."
"Yes, those eyes have crazy abilities. But Second Hokage has proven to us that we can make crazy abilities without needing to rely on luck and eyes."
"He created Flying Raijin Jutsu that rivals Kamui. He created Mutually Multiplying Exploding Tags that have the firepower to destroy Susanno."
"He created Impure Reincarnation Jutsu that surpasses Izanagi. He has basically created a Jutsu that could rival and surpass those abilities."
"So, why would I need to rely on those eyes?"
Seeing that Naruto was getting angrier and angrier as he spoke, Kurama interrupted.
"I was just mentioning those eyes. There is no need to take that seriously."
Hearing that, Naruto slowly fell silent as he continued.
"Kurama, I don't need to rely on those eyes to get stronger. Yes, they are cool, and having them wouldn't be bad."
"But I don't want to put someone's eyeballs in my eyes. If I wanted to do that, I would've done it with Madara's eyes."
After all, Madara was dead, but his Rinnegan was still there. He didn't need them before. He didn't need them now.
Kurama sat down and said.
"You are right. Besides, Jigen was able to destroy Sasuke's Susanno with a single kick."
Naruto finally squeezed out a smile and said.
"Yeah! Not only him, Kaguya, and even Granny Tsunade said she could destroy Susanno."
"Though there seems to be a slight difference."
Kurama nodded and spoke.
"Both Jigen and Kaguya have Six Paths Chakra. Well, it should be called Otsutsuki Chakra, but we are more familiar with Old Man, so let's call it Six Paths Chakra."
Naruto nodded.
"And, when I was fighting Kaguya, I also had Six Paths Chakra, but my Chakra was weaker in quality than Kaguya's or even Jigen's."
"I had to combine Six Paths Chakra with Six Paths Senjutsu Chakra to match Kaguya in terms of strength."
"But with her Byakugan, she could easily pinpoint my weakness and destroy my attacks. Then again, I wasn't good at Chakra Control."
"So, it makes sense that I would have a lot of openings."
Kurama chimed in.
"You needed Steam Release to overpower her in terms of strength. This means if you can maintain Steam Release for a longer period, you can overwhelm an Otsutsuki in terms of strength."
Naruto folded his hands and said.
"Having Steam Release and Swift Release would help me tremendously in my Taijutsu."
"That being said, there is one problem."
Kurama nodded as both of them spoke at the same time.
"Human Body!"
"That's right! The human body is inherently weaker than Otsutsuki's body. Even if I use several modes to get stronger, the only Mode not hurting me would be Sage Mode."
"Maybe that's why Old Man Hagoromo is so strong. Normally, Otsutsuki only have Six Paths Chakra."
"But since he was a Ten-Tails Jinchuriki, he awakened Six Paths Senjutsu. Unlike mine, his Six Paths Senjutsu didn't disappear after he pulled out Ten Tails from his body."
Kurama narrowed his eyes and asked.
"Naruto, do you think it has something to do with him being in the Pure Land? After all, Impure Reincarnation Body receives Chakra from the pure land, and it's almost infinite."
Naruto shrugged his shoulders and said.
"Remember what Amado said about Shibai. It is clear that his body died on earth. That's why even though Divine Tree consumed Natural energy to produce Chakra Fruit, Earth still managed to thrive."
"So, you could say Old Man Hagoromo's body did the same thing, except his body died in the Pure Land."
Kurama nodded his head and said.
"This also makes sense why Old Man managed to keep Six Paths Senjutsu even after losing his body and Ten Tails."
Naruto waved his hand and said.
"We don't need to think much about that. You told me you planned to devour the Ten Tails, so I will soon acquire Six Paths Senjutsu and Six Paths Chakra."
"If Old Man does appear, we can just ask him to give all of his support to Sasuke. This will make us stronger."
"So, instead of thinking about that, we need to think seriously about your idea."
As Naruto's eyes got serious, he continued.
"If we manage to use Chakra to slowly enhance our inner organs, our body will get stronger."
"Someone like Bushybrows's Sensei will have a serious chance at defeating even stronger Otsutsuki without opening the Eighth Gate."
