[Of course, items that could aid Light Bearers weren't cheap. Not to mention, even if a Light Bearer had the wealth, they might not have the means to acquire it.]
[For Terrans, they could acquire one if they were lucky enough when opening Treasure Chests.]
[Like in the Train Survival Universe, the Terrans here could also see and open Treasure Chests. It was a privilege that only Terrans and a few other human race species have, which meant that they were favored by the Universe Will.]
[But for the average Light Bearer, their world must possess blacksmiths who could craft Light Bearer items that could amplify the inner light of a Light Bearer.]
[For worlds that didn't have prominent Light Bearers like the Pink Lust World, they don't possess such blacksmiths, since those blacksmiths were sought after by worlds with powerful Light Bearers.]
