The scene shifts.
Inside Schicksal headquarters.
On a lawn formed entirely from holographic projections,
two figures chase after one another.
"Kallen! Give me back the airplane!"
"If you want it, come catch me!"
A young Otto is seen running after an equally small Kallen.
The two children laugh and play, chasing each other across the grass.
And to the side—
stands Otto.
He silently watches this virtual scene, saying nothing.
Yet just that lone, motionless silhouette, quietly observing from behind,
is enough to make everyone in front of the screen fall into brief silence.
[Kamisato Ayaka]: He really does miss Kallen deeply, doesn't he?
[Star Rail · Himeko]: Th-this… is a holographic projection??
[Furina]: Not just in letters and conversations—he even keeps Saint Kallen like this inside Schicksal…
[March 7th]: I still really want to stab Otto, but I have to admit—his devotion to Kallen is real…
[Jing Yuan]: The past is something he simply cannot let go of.
[Theresa]: Grandpa is always like this—standing there alone for an entire day.
[Otto]: Cough, cough. It's not that long.
Just as Otto was drowning alone in his sorrow,
an internal communication signal rang out.
"Overseer, there's an urgent report from Siegfried!"
"Has the Babylon Tower investigation made new progress?"
"No. According to Siegfried, they've discovered Anti-Entropy's leader near Babylon Tower—
the First Herrscher, Welt!"
"Welt?"
At once,
Otto's expression grew more serious—yet a trace of amusement curled at the corner of his lips.
"The debt from 1955… hasn't been settled yet."
But when Welt Yang's appearance data was transmitted over—
Otto froze.
This… wasn't the old rival, the old friend he remembered—Welt Joyce!
It was a face he had never seen before!
"But the people beside him are Einstein and Tesla."
"And that power… is indeed the Ninth Divine Key—Star of Eden."
"Hm… in that case, there are only three possibilities."
After a brief moment of thought,
Otto's expression shifted to one of complete understanding.
With a smile, he replied:
"Report back to Siegfried. I understand the situation now."
"His judgment is correct—fighting the First Herrscher would only end in mutual destruction, with no benefit to anyone."
"This time, we'll accept Anti-Entropy's goodwill."
With Otto's approval—
Siegfried and Welt arrived beneath Babylon Tower,
and the two sides formally formed an alliance!
Schicksal's core combat forces: Theresa and Siegfried.
Anti-Entropy's core combat force: Welt Yang, with two doctors providing support.
After absorbing energy from the reactor, Sirin teleported seventeen kilometers away!
Theresa activated Judas's targeting mode to track her location!
After Siegfried and Welt joined forces to defeat Ashvattha,
the First and Second Herrschers clashed for the first time!!
At the critical moment of the battle—
Einstein fired the god-slaying weapon developed by Anti-Entropy!
The Silver Bullet!
But just three seconds before it struck Sirin—
having sensed the danger,
the Second Herrscher teleported underground!
Even so!
The massive explosion still caught the already exhausted Sirin,
dealing her devastating damage!
Welt Yang narrowly avoided the blast, preserving some of his remaining strength!
Looking at the heavily injured Second Herrscher on the ground,
Welt Yang held the Star of Eden in his hands and spoke solemnly:
"I'm sorry. To protect this world, I must kill you."
"This is the last strike I have left."
[Ninth Divine Key — Star of Eden]
[Zeroeth Rated Output]
[Pseudo–Black Hole]
In an instant!
A violent black hole formed,
constantly absorbing and devouring everything around it—
including the Second Herrscher, Sirin!
And at that very final moment—
Welt's pupils suddenly contracted as he collapsed to his knees!
?!
[The moment he realized it, a heavy blow had already struck his chest.]
[There was no warning—he couldn't even tell where the enemy was.]
[With just a single punch, Welt completely lost the ability to fight.]
"Cough—!"
Blood spilled from his mouth!
Welt Yang clutched the spot where he'd been struck, powerless,
watching as Sirin seized the chance to break free and desperately fly toward the sky.
He weakly raised his hand, trying to stop her.
"N-no… don't go…"
The mysterious figure, however, moved unhurriedly.
He bent down, picked up Welt's replica Star of Eden,
and crushed it effortlessly in his hand.
Then—
he stepped down on Welt's arm!
"Apologies. Please do not obstruct this young lady."
"In my plans, her complete awakening is a necessary step."
The newcomer wore a perfectly tailored white tailcoat.
Long golden hair cascaded down his back,
and a white, smiling clown mask covered his face.
He stepped elegantly on Welt's arm,
every movement calm and unhurried.
And although the man wore a clown mask—
almost every viewer, the instant they saw him, felt an overwhelming sense of speechless frustration.
Otto again—ruining everything!!
No identification was needed at all!
That unmistakable golden hair, that unique aura,
and that oh-so-familiar smug tone—
Who else could it be
but their beloved Overseer of Schicksal—
Otto Apocalypse?!
