With Cassy's gone, Amabel quickly pushed her to the side as her previous plans which were cast aside earlier were brought to the surface.
She went to her room, picked up her phone and after checking that it was still early and the person, she wanted to call wasn't yet asleep, made the call with a hopeful heart.
The call rang a few times and she was starting to lose hope.
'Is she sleeping already? Maybe I should call tomorrow morning,' the thought came to mind, the more the call wasn't picked, and as she was about to press that red button, the call was answered and a smile blossomed on her face.
"Sis!" she happily called and an amused chuckle sounded through the speaker.
[Someone sounds very excited!]
A sheepish smile appeared on her face at the teasing and boastfully responded, her skin quite thick, "Hehe, can't help it. For a moment there, I thought that you have fallen asleep. I hope that I didn't wake you up."
