Derrick had spent the last few hours searching for Chen. He went to the library, cafeteria, academic blocks, pavilion... Still, he didn't see an trace of Chen.
He still went ahead to search for him in every spot he thought he might be in but alas, he still saw no signs of him.
Now filled with rage and pure venom, he decided to change his plans.
"That bastard... Alejandro... It must be him," he deeply punched the wall, till he began to bleed. It was repeated. It was calculated.
He was angry. Deeply angry at Alejandro for crossing the battle line. He was visibly so provoked that he will try to kidnap Chen again. Still apoplectic with pure rage, he ran not towards his car, but towards the shortcut that led to the part of the university Alejandro lived.
At that point, he was ready to tear him apart.
Unfortunately, even after banging on his door over and over again, he was met with absolute silence. No noise. No movement. No answer.
Nothing!
"Open this fucking gate, before I break it down," he kept banging the gate.
Derrick knocking on the door.
"You bastard... I'll kill you if I get inside," he yelled again.
Still, no response.
In anger, Derrick decided to retreat. Not in surrender, but to prepare for a hard comeback.
Immediately he turned his back to leave, a sharp ray of light flashed him from behind, followed by the sound of a familiar sports car.
It was Alejandro, for sure.
He hid just behind the trash can, waiting for Alejandro to come down from the car and open his gate. Then, he ambushed him.
"You bastard pig... Where the fuck is he? What did you do to Chen? Huh?"
Aside from the silence that filled the night, nothing else could be heard. Derrick's heart pulsed like it was going to explode out of his heart the next second.
"Do you know I can call the estate security on you?" Alejandro asked him in a calm voice.
All these while, Derrick pinned his arm hammerlock to his back.
"Call them, you shameless bastard. All you know how to do is to kidnap students, forcing them to satisfy your wide slutty appetite. Aren't you ashamed of yourself? For how long do you intend this stupid attitude of yours?" he yelled.
In all of these, Alejandro remained unusually calm. Extremely!
"I do not understand even an iota of what you're saying, Derrick. I know you're classless, but can you at least act civil for once. I now see the reason Chen chose me over your lame ass," these words subconsciously got to Derrick, further cementing his fear.
He looked at Alejandro with rage, threatening to tear him apart with his vile gaze.
"I'll ask you for the last time, where's Chen?" This time, Derrick's voice didn't go up. He asked him in a plain voice.
"I don't know, Derrick. Let go of me. What the fuck is even wrong with you, bro? I knew when you ran away with him earlier on. So, what about that? What did you do to him afterwards? Don't try to do some reverse psychology shit with me," and immediately, he broke out of Derrick's hold.
The incidents that happened within the last few minutes occured to fast. Too fast for Derrick's particular comprehension.
"If he's not with you, then, where's he? Where did you drop him?"
"Get out of my way. I've had a very long day filled with both tedious activities and useless people like you," he quickly tried to push Derrick out of the way, but they ended up almost trading punches.
This was quite tedious and unexpected.
"Derrick, I've always known you to be so stupid. But never knew it was this bad. So, tell me, who the fuck fights for a community slut? Huh?" Derrick shut him up with a punch.
In terms of physical strength, he had a very big advantage over Alejandro. Without warning, he pinned him on the neck.
"You should be more ashamed for trying to kidnap a supposed slut. You should even bow your head in utter embarrassment for buying this same slut in an auction. This is exactly the same slut you've been dying for. I won't warn you again to provide him or else, I'll insert my fingers into your useless eyes. Shameless slut daddy," he cursed at him.
Unexpectedly, a thick bridge of silence stood between them. No words, just two furious men staring at each other with rage.
"I think I know where he might be," Alejandro's voice broke the long disturbing silence between them.
His sudden hopeful announcement eased the atmosphere.
"Let's go!"
Without anymore hesitation, they both set off to seek for Chen. His guts didn't seem to trust Alejandro, but he couldn't take chances, since this was like a golden opportunity for him to find his missing slut.
Alejandro suddenly parked in the bush nearby, causing Derrick to panic in fear.
"What are we going to?"
"Follow me!"
With that, Derrick carefully walked behind him through the bushes till they got to the admin block where he suspected Chen to be in. Luckily there wasn't an security men at they post.
Alejandro led the way. It was both scary and daring. They were just in the nick of time to save the night. Chen was kneeling drenched on the floor obviously exhausted from begging.
Prof Xue stood in front of him, with a knife in hand, trying to stab him.
"Drop that knife," Derrick's loud voice exploded across the room. He brought out his own dagger.
"What the hell are you two doing here?" Prof Xue's furious voice asked.
None of the bulged.
"I'm tired of you taking advantage of your students. You fool at forty plus, aren't you ashamed of your old miserable self? Huh?" Derrick thundered.
"Because they can't resist my old charm. Something you kids do not have Derrick and Alejandro."
Both of them had the same thing in mind. They both lounged an attack on Prof Xue, almost the same time.
Chen seeing that opportunity, picked up himself and ran for his dear life.
As Chen escapes into the forest behind the school, someone grabs him from behind and whispers, "WELCOME TO PHASE TWO!"
