After she said this, she used her token to wield her authority as commander to cut Greg down from captain to the position of a normal soldier.
This demotion is only temporary. If Greg doesn't come to her to plead his case within 24 hours, he won't even get to remain a soldier. He will be discharged from the army and hunted as a traitor.
Of course, all of this is a bait. She has no intention of forgiving him when he comes to defend himself. She is not discharging him immediately because she wants to be the one to kill him.
She wants him to come to her so that she can tear him apart. Only by doing something like this will she be satisfied with putting up with his shenanigans all of these years.
