At this point, their short conversation had drawn the attention of the others on the airship. The newcomers were the most interested in the topic of their conversation. They all crowded around the mech to examine it. The veterans had seen too much of the mech before, so they weren't interested in it now.
Just like Loki did, some of them whistled in appreciation as they examined the mech. Others exclaimed or gasped. Their reactions were varied, but they were all because they were impressed by the mech.
Loki had had enough of the mech, so he stepped back and stood at the farthest point from where Greg was. This point was at the very front of the airship, and it granted him a wide view of everything going on on the deck.
As he kept an eye on everyone and everything, he said to himself, "It is a good thing that he brought his mech for this mission. If he hadn't, I would have been sure that he planned to kill all of us on this trip."
