Irving was the name of the Kobold Chieftain. He was leading a few young Kobolds to follow the human guards in building houses. His hands were covered in mud. Seeing Jasmine arriving with the baby dragon, he hurriedly stopped his work, wiped his hands on his trousers, and bowed respectfully to greet them.
