Only then did Zade turn to help the driver load the rest of their luggage into the trunk.
Once the trunk clicked shut, Zade climbed in beside him, and the taxi pulled away from the curb, merging smoothly into the flow of traffic. They were driving toward a destination Rai didn't bother asking about.
