"Want to know?"
Wen raised an eyebrow, tapping Rory's forehead with a light laugh. "Guess for yourself."
Rory: "…"
Is this guy a riddle-loving fish or what? He makes people guess everything.
Rory gave him a glare. "Fine, don't tell me. I'll just ask Lian myself when I get back." Lian would definitely tell her.
Before long, Nix returned carrying a pile of exotic fruits and plants.
"Rory, the food cooked in the Lion-Tiger Tribe isn't great. I'll take over the kitchen for lunch today and whip up a grand feast for you using these exotic fruits and plants."
Wen produced a few live ocean fish and tossed them over to Nix. "We can't just eat exotic fruits and plants—cook a few more fish as an extra dish."
"Then I'll get Jasper to help me out," Nix said. His fish dishes weren't nearly as delicious as Jasper's.
By lunchtime, Nix and Jasper had prepared a full table of feast-worthy dishes. Just catching a whiff of the aroma made Finna unable to hold back her drool.
