The Blackstone Fortress' command center was originally a 12-meter two-story warehouse for the luxury retreat area. Its location was further inside, far from the villas and recreational areas.
The warehouse was originally used to store food supplies, imported goods, seasonal gear and other necessities. Aside from having big open floors, it also had maintenance sheds inside. In the back, a one-story staff dormitory was built.
When Commander Duan first established Blackstone Fortress, he turned the existing two-story warehouse into a command center.
Civilians were not allowed inside unless they were specifically summoned. Even the non-military espers needed permissions to walk past the front door.
The whole area was barricaded with concrete fences. It became a restricted military-only zone.
Sensitive materials were stored in the offices and strategy rooms. Various maps, battle plans, armory, communication equipment and medical records were all there.
