A few months passed from that moment he turned four years old a few months ago and at his birthday banquet recently he'd got engaged to marie xshoa a young girl the same age white flowing beautiful hair red piercing eyes and a beautiful face a real beauty even so young it was just as the diary described other than one thing weirdly she didn't despise him and was just cold for now and they'd both just recently enrolled in the royal swordsmanship and magic academy they'd be there for the foreseeable future as the academy was where you'd live for your entire school life until graduation well if you ever do graduate as the academy even holds the princesses of the kingdom in the academy because it was so prestigious.
He was in the carriage with his personal maid he'd learned to walk over the past few months and read the language and he'd had multiple meetings with his fiancé over playdates but she was as cold of ice towards him and barely spoke to him but he'd noticed her getting extremely talkative to the son of a knight of his noble house with his lifetime of experience he knew what was going on but because he was actually mentally with his combined life times 28 including this life then he felt fine letting her fall for someone her actual age and even through the engagement he'd never done anything whatsoever boyfriend like because for A 28 YEAR OLD IT WOULD BE ILLEGAL.
but moving on he sleeps in the carriage because despite being mentally 28 he's in the body of a 4 year old and still can't control himself, as he sleeps he's transported Into the white void again in the past few months he's gotten used to the sensation of being transported into this endless void where he's already attempted to run in but even after days of running he'd eventually see the desk again as if he's ran in a circle despite running straight forwards the entire time as he arrived in the white void once again he sees something new a 2nd door but it wasn't as beautiful as the first it looked old and worn with parts of the wood rotting but nevertheless intrigued he reaches for the handle and a audible. ,click the door wasn't to another world this time surprisingly it was a empty black endless void like the white one but there was no desk or anything.
As he thought about when would he would he wake up back in the wooden pristine carriage ,a bed appears in the black void then he realizes anything that he imagines appears in this black void just like when he thought of waking up the bed appeared Hours pass in the black void but in the carriage only minutes have passed and as he continues imagining stuff in the black void he imagines a field with a running track to run on and weights and a straw dummy and a wooden sword they all materialize Infront of him.
He practices the sword for days straight his hands forming callouses and his chest heaving and then finally body collapsed against the dummy and then he closes his eyes and when he opens them he sees the carriage roof and his maids face above his.
Finally he's back from the white void and his hands are fine as if nothing happened at all to him and the window of the pristine carriage and sees the sun is still up beaming through the foggy sky shining above all in the area but that also means "goo gha goo goo gah gah" (it's only been a few hours here but for me it was a few long days doesn't that mean l could spend weeks in the white void but outside in the real world it would only have been 3-4 days ).
then as he returned from his thoughts and recoils backwards and stumbles as he sees the maids face right above him then remembers the maids face was so close because they had finally arrived at the noble swordsmanship and magic academy (hiragiso-soni) his mind buzzed with multiple emotions at once first was excitement at the prospect of magic but as fast as excitement appeared in his thoughts so did fear because what if he got injured from this academy?.
But no matter he thought it's a chance at a new life in this world so it's ok if I Die because I'm just lucky to be here because I've died once before so I'll just consider everything in this world extra time if I Die so what because it's borrowed time either way I'll just try experience everything I can before I die..
He steps out of the carriage and sees a golden shimmering building with a sign saying recruitment hall as he saw that he got exited with bright illusory golden eyes he enters the hall and gets hypnotized in a spell but what he sees shocks him the spell malfunctions and instead of him being transported into the school he got transported to..
"THE MONSTER WORLD ok ok calm down your not actually a kid... Phew so basically what I know about this place from my family is it's a dangerous alternate dimension only adults and 14 year olds can enter they said to me it's a evil murderous place filled with monsters and demons and the only way out is the portal you come through but I didn't come through a portal so how am I supposed to leave..".
He looks around seeing dead bodies blood and monster carcases surrounding him from all sides and he steps carefully over them he explores the monster world for hours and finds a dark cave on the walls were scribbles of do not enter and under no circumstances drink the golden potion if you discover it hidden inside the cave-
xiang kang can't read the rest as it's covered in blood he can just barely make out the rest of the words written hidden beneath the blood

However xiang kang enters the cave anyway as the outside was more dangerous for now he's immediately hit with the smell of rotting flesh and fresh and dried blood he walk further anyway and enters a room filled with demons they turn to him but ignore him maybe due to him not being sensed due to his age as these demons eyes were gouged out and it didn't look fresh it looked old so they were supposedly blind and then just in case xiang kang quiet as the wind sneaks by them further into the cave seeing many more monsters and demons along the way but managing to sneak past but then near the end of the cave he flinches as he sees a huge monstrous demon towering over him his horns as large as the demons body from earlier eyes open wide he tries slipping by again but the demon opens it's dark black eyes and stares at him and then...
xiang kang runs as fast as he can but the demon Grabs his leg as he's running and crushes it brutally blood gushing while his leg bone was pulverised and the demon rips the leg clean off as the only thing heard was a loud CRACK ..
xiang kang in shock looks down where his leg used to be and sees a small stump dripping red and bone fragments sticking out of it he can't speak for a second and then all throughout the cave gutwrenching screaming is heard
"AHHHGG AHHH AGHHG MY LEG"
xiang kang crawls to the end of the cave the door behind him closes keeping the demon away but the heavy stone door also falls down onto his other leg crushing it beneath the door
His face now covered in tears he looked so pitiful at that moment his face a mask of overwhelming pain and fear but then he sees the golden liquid in a glass tube he remembers seeing it written about in blood from the start of the cave he crawls pathetically like a bug to the altar it was floating above and reaching up he takes it and without thinking gulps it down and then collapsed to the ground in blood the glass that contained the golden potion shattered next to him
He opened his eyes once more breathing heavily and looked at his legs they were still there he looked around realising he's in his carriage safe and sound outside the hall he entered hours earlier he's back
He went back in time he sighed in relief and thought was it due to the golden liquid he had drank in the cave before collapsing...
