After Bronte's warning, the five deities joined forces, joining their power together to shape a new destiny for the world.
"I AM THE GOD OF FLAME, THE MIGHT PYRA"
"I AM THE GOD OF WATER, THE MIGHTY HYDRO"
"I AM THE GOD OF GEM, THE MIGHTY PETRA"
"I AM THE GOD OF WIND, THE MIGHTY ANEMO"
"I AM THE GOD OF THUNDER, THE MIGHTY BRONTE"
"AS RULER OF THIS WORLD, WE HEREBY DECREE THE EMERGENCE OF A NEW GENERATION OF PEOPLE ENDOWED WITH POWER," all the deities declared in unison.
And so, the beginning of a new age broke across the land.
On the day following the end of the ancient era, peace prevailed across the world. The sky was as clear as the ocean, and the ocean as calm as the sky.
Since that day, mortals have expressed both disbelief and gratefulness towards the newfound peace, relieved to live without fear of floods, tsunamis, or other catastrophic events.
Bronte expressed satisfaction as he observed the world's restoration and addressed his fellow deities:
"This is the purpose for which the world was created. Now, as gods, we must preserve it and ensure its continuation," Bronte stated with evident pride.
With the birth of a new generation, people started to show superhuman abilities. At first, everyone around the world was confused by this and called them the Generation of Power.
Throughout the first fifty years of the new era, confusion persisted as individuals tried to comprehend their emerging capabilities. While some used their powers to incite chaos, stability was eventually restored when five prominent leaders emerged, aided their communities, and unified their territories into nations.
Lee Mu-Yeol, originating from the Land of Temples, now known as the Bane nation, possessed formidable water magic and developed spells that remain in use to this day.
James Carlton, from the Land of Rock, now known as the Gorg nation, was well-known for his remarkable physique and mastery of gem-crafting magic.
Kelvin De Cruise, hailing from the Land of Steel, now known as the Mordos nation, founded the royal bloodline of the Mordos nation and became recognized as the most powerful magic user in his time following the rise of the Generation of Power.
Isamu Taira, from the Land of KI, now called the Oura nation, is the most powerful KI user in Oura's history and can also wield powerful electric magic like no other.
Adebayo E'to, from the Jungle Lands now called the Xora nation, was the region's legendary hunter, famed for his unmatched skill with bow and arrow.
The five leaders gathered for the first time since the dawn of the new era to deliberate on the state of the world and its future direction.
Over the course of a month, the five leaders discussed the appropriate reforms and the establishment of new laws to address the emergence of power in the new generation over the past fifty years.
Upon reaching the agreement, the leaders converted their lands into nations, enacted new laws, and bestowed new names, signifying the start of another era. At the conclusion of their discussions, the leader of KI Land proposed the creation of a title for the world's strongest individual as a symbol of hope and peace.
"Everyone, let us establish a title that embodies hope and peace for the people to aspire to," Isamu Taira suggested with optimism.
At first, some doubted the idea, but the leader of Steel Land agreed that this title could bring hope and comfort to people around the world.
"I agree!" Kelvin De Cruise responded enthusiastically to Isamu's proposal.
"We understand your point, but is this truly what the world needs at the moment? The other three leaders asked, concerned.
Kelvin quickly replies,
"Yes. The world requires such a figure to establish peace and dispel fear among the people.
After much thoughtful deliberation, the three leaders enthusiastically agreed to establish the new title, recognizing its potential to bring about positive change.
"Isamu, what should we call the title?" the other leaders asked, curious.
Isamu replied,
"King of Power. This title may be held by anyone in the world, regardless of nation, family lineage, or bloodline. It signifies that the bearer is the strongest mortal being in his time."
Upon hearing Isamu's explanation, the other leaders expressed satisfaction and continued the discussion by asking:
"Then to whom should we bestow the title?"
"We are recognized for our strength and magical abilities within our respective lands; therefore, the title must be awarded to one of us," Isamu stated with firm intent.
"Who will it be, then?" Adebayo E'to, the dynamic leader of the Xora nation, asked, his eyes glinting with anticipation.
In that pivotal moment, Lee Mu-Yeol, the formidable leader of the Bane nation, stepped forward with an intense gaze and declared:
"Let's come together and take an active role in shaping our future. It's time to cast our votes and determine who will wield the title!"
While other leaders hesitated in deciding whom to support, Isamu boldly cast his vote, demonstrating the strength of his conviction and decisive action.
"As the leader of the Oura nation, I proudly cast my vote for Kelvin De Cruise to be our first King of Power," Isamu proclaimed with a sense of honor.
"Wait, Isamu, why me?" Kelvin asked, surprised by his sudden nomination as the first King of Power.
"I choose you because you possess the greatest magical power among us and have the ambition to transform the world. Who else is more suitable?" Isamu replied to Kelvin.
The assembly nodded in agreement with Isamu's thoughtful points and then looked over at Kelvin and said,
"Kelvin, as leaders of our respective nations, we have elected you to be the first King of Power," the leaders announced with great hope.
Fueled by the leaders' unwavering determination and trust, Kelvin rose to respond with conviction.
"As the leader of the Mordos nation, I, Kelvin De Cruise, embrace the honor of becoming the first King of Power and vow to make you proud."
After the discussion ended, all the leaders were ready to go back to their nations. However, Isamu took Kelvin aside to ask him a question in another room.
Isamu said,
"Kelvin, might I have the honor of bestowing a nickname upon you, our mighty King of Power?" Isamu questioned, a hint of excitement dancing in his voice.
"Of course, go ahead, Isamu. You are the most suitable person to grant me a nickname after nominating me for this title," Kelvin replied enthusiastically.
"Your name, from this moment, is Kelvin 'The Primus' De Cruise," Isamu declared.
After a month of discussion, the leader returned to their own nation to announce the new law, the title that stood for hope and peace, and a positive change intended to make life easier for their people.
