The end of the World has arrived. Biblically and scientifically. Daemons from the deepest pits of hell have risen, Zombies from a bio-chemical plant in Asia exploded, leaving toxins to flow freely through the oceans of the world.

Angels watched as their lord decreed the end of mankind. Those deemed to be saved were lifted, leaving only the worst and morally grey behind.

Countries fell as tides of Zombies swarmed defences. Politicians fell for the corruption of daemons as they whispered sweet nothings into their ears, only for them to become puppets.

The World is deemed over. Not in a fire of nuclear-induced explosions or outer intervention, but a failure in procedure and the fall of modesty and humanity as itself.

The World heaves as animals and fauna alike mix and evolve to the new wasteland, as some survivors hold on for faith, some to just survive.

This story is about Alex as he survives with little to no help other than the fact that he was given the power to convert matter.
