Qiong Xing simply gave him a small wave.
The young man immediately shook his head desperately, looking as though he might burst into tears.
Realizing that nothing would happen if he left them like this, Qiong Xing gave up watching.
He quietly walked over to Nicole and whispered something into her ear.
"Good job today."
"Good... job."
"It turned out delicious, so please share it with everyone."
"It's... delicious, so please eat."
The words were not repeated perfectly, but as long as the meaning got across, Qiong Xing saw no problem with it.
He gently patted Nicole's head for doing her best.
"Um... thank... you very much."
The young man seemed to understand something from Nicole's behavior, or perhaps from Qiong Xing's expression.
At last, he accepted the package.
"Please share it with everyone in your group. I ended up packing in everything that was left, so there's quite a lot. If you get the chance, I'd love to hear what you think next time."
