I did not originally intend for the second season to be as short as the first, but the final chapter simply could not be placed in the middle of the season. Because of that, it felt right to end the season there.
As for Season Three, it will be shorter in length, but the events will be faster-paced and more varied. By the end of that season, Jin will officially move to a new continent.
