After 20 days Asher reached the enchanted Shui jungle.the jungle was indeed massive with huge indeginous trees and large bushes .the jungle was known to be home of the soul beasts.
Soul beasts were powerful magical beasts who possessed soul powers and a soul core.just like cultivators they were classified into grades

Each soul beasts had a different affinity and power .God tier beasts had the abilities to evolve and transform to any form including human.unlike humans soul beasts cultivated much faster therefore they broke through very early.when a human refined and ingested a soul beast's core.he would cultivate much faster and breakthrough different levels much easier.
The Sun had disappeared and night was slowly approaching. Asher set up camp in a nearby cave he built a fire and took out some Turkey from his supplies bag and he slowly began roasting it.
"SOMEBODY PLEASE....HELP!!!!!",
a sharp cry tore through the night startling him he slowly crept to the foot of the cave and peered downwards.A woman stood there trembling while a boar the size of a house peered at her with glowing bloodshot eyes, while growling at her menacingly.the boar was a Lord level soul beast.its fur was absolutely black but above its back all the way down accept the head was covered with dark red hexagonal dragon scales .there were cuts all over its body slashes from different battles and encounters .it's tail was long and firm on its tip was a huge spiky ball .Asher knew that the tail was poisonous
The boar was known as the mithril boar. The boar roared , the force of the roar shaking the whole jungle it stomped it's hooves making the earth tremor it's massive curved blood red tusks swinging vigorously he the charged towards the woman in too speed.
"AAAAAAHHH!!!!"
She screamed . without thinking Asher leaped shouting menacingly
"HEY UGLY LEAVE THE LADY ALONE!!!"
The boar looked up only to meet a ridiculously powerful punch
BOOOM!!
The impact echoed loudly as the punch connected with the Boar's skull breaking its right tusks into two .the boar roared in a lot of pain, it fell down luminous purple blood.the blood of soul beasts oozing to the ground.
Asher landed gracefully
"What the hell?!! How did I get this strong?!" , Asher soliloquized ,the boar got up and charged once more bringing him back to reality.Asher smiled maliciously and dashed towards the boar the two were going to meet head to head as they got into other's trajectory,the Boar's pace drastically increased Asher concentrated his qi energy a little swirl of winds ignited with a white light around his hands forming a shape of double edged blades .he leaped and shouted
"WIND BLADE!!"
He thrusted his hands forward and a huge arc of white energy shot out and slashing it's front limbs splattering blood everywhere the boar roared in unfathomable pain. It then all of a sudden became silent.
"Are you okay?"
Asher asked the girl smiling.
"LOOK OUT!!"
The girl retorted.but it was too late Asher turned only to meet the tusks of the boar head sound of flesh being pierced was heard .Asher summoned his remaining energy and threw a blast which separated him from the boar .it threw both him and the boar several feet from each other.
Asher landed on the bark of a large hardwood tree with a tremendous thud. His vision became blurrier by the minute . The boar charged at him again though hazy Asher could make out the shape of the charging boar he chuckled painfully
"So this is how I am actually going to die,huh what a failurejust as he was about to die a soft high pitched whooshing sound was heard , he looked up only to see a glowing blade flying out of a white portal slicing the boar into two distinctive parts.luminous purple blood oozed out in jets.it rained on the ground and trees,it further mutilated it until what remained of it was its core the 2 instinctively looked up .out of the portal a young man aged about 20 _25 years stepped out he was dressed in a white gold robe with golden dragon captions,his physique was clearly well defined,he had long black hair which was straightened and cold obsidian black eyes. The aura emitted by him was enough to destroy a herd of king level soul beasts.
He looked at Asher with a cold expression and with a flick of his finger a lightning storm erupted . lightning cracked and thunder boomed he then snapped his fingers and vanished out of sight. As soon as he vanished the storm disappeared.Asher through blurry vision saw the beast core. A ball of pure energy glowing in red colour he reached out his right hand and he instantly absorbed it . His vital standards were going down fast,the last thing he saw was the girl rushing towards him her face a mixture of anxiety,fear and sadness
