Sabaody Archipelago, early next morning.

In the underground warehouse.

Before dawn had fully broken, Kyoma was already awake.

With barely contained excitement, he made his way to Kagura's room and pulled the protesting girl from her bed.

Kagura was still drowsy, her hair a complete mess.

She wore only white pajamas and sat curled up on a chair with her knees hugged tightly to her chest.

"I'm definitely locking my door next time," she muttered.

She rubbed her eyes, her small face still clouded with the confusion of interrupted sleep.

After a long moment, she finally looked up at Kyoma with what she probably thought was a fierce glare.

Kyoma had prepared for this reaction.

He pulled a big lollipop from his pocket and, under her blank stare, stuffed it directly into her slightly open mouth.

"Mmm?" Kagura struggled instinctively for a moment.

Then the sweetness of the lollipop hit her taste buds, her eyes suddenly lit up, and her body instantly settled down.

"Don't think you can buy me off with just a lollipop," she said, though her words lacked any real conviction as she greedily savored the candy.

"Of course not. You're far too principled for that," Kyoma replied with a smile, patting her head gently.

His expression then shifted to one of barely suppressed excitement.

The character summoning he'd been waiting three days for was finally ready.

[Start summoning]

Without any hesitation whatsoever, Kyoma moved the bomb from yesterday into the center position of the warehouse. With a thought, he focused on the ground with anticipation.

Whoosh.

A gust of wind rose from nowhere, scattering the miscellaneous items stored throughout the room.

After the initial wind came a misty blue light that gradually spread across the ground, covering the entire warehouse floor.

This time, Kyoma could clearly see symbols appearing on the ground, crisscrossing and extending outward from the center to form a circular summoning array.

In the next moment, space itself seemed to fracture. The air contracted like flowing water, and a black vortex suddenly condensed in the center of the warehouse.

A small red figure leaped out from the vortex and landed on the ground with a light tap.

She had pointed ears and blonde hair.

Her ruby-like eyes sparkled with curiosity about the world around her.

A leather backpack sat on her small shoulders, and she held the front straps with both hands.

Combined with her diminutive stature, she looked exactly like an elementary school student carrying her schoolbag.

Her outfit consisted of a short red dress with white accents, long boots, and knee-high white socks that emphasized her cute and innocent appearance.

"Excuse me, is there really a place here where Klee can blow up fish?" The little girl raised her head, her large watery eyes full of expectation.

Her voice was crisp and clear, as if she'd been waiting for this moment for a long time.

'Blow up fish?'

Kyoma's mouth twitched.

The emotion in his eyes hovered somewhere between delight and concern.

The moment the little girl spoke her first words, information about her gradually surfaced in Kyoma's mind.

[Successfully summoned Klee from the Genshin Impact World. The host gains access to some of the character's attributes and abilities. For details, please check your character panel.

He quickly opened his character panel.

[Character: Kyoma]

[Age: 24]

[Race: Human (91%), Night Rabbit (5%), Elf (4%)]

[Ability: Conqueror's Haki - Awakening (11.26%), Pyro Vision - Mastery (14.39%)]

Affected by the elf bloodline, Kyoma's skin had become noticeably paler.

His complexion now nearly matched Kagura's fair tone.

His body felt lighter as well. He suspected that with enough effort, he could probably run along vertical walls.

At the same time, his pupils had taken on a reddish tint.

Through them, he could now perceive something he'd never seen before: fire elements floating in the air.

He instinctively understood that with just a little guidance, he could condense a fireball in his hands out of thin air.

'So this is elemental power,' he thought with wonder.

"Why would you want to blow up fish? Shouldn't fish be caught and eaten properly?" Kagura's voice brought Kyoma back to the present moment.

"Well, Klee doesn't really know why, but it's really fun. And you can eat the fish afterward," Klee explained, tilting her head as she looked at the girl who appeared older than herself.

During this exchange, her eyes kept glancing at the older boy beside her.

She couldn't help but notice that his presence felt increasingly familiar, almost like family.

"You can still eat them after?" Kagura froze in place.

Instantly, the lollipop in her mouth seemed far less appealing.

She immediately rushed over and grabbed Klee's small hand.

"Let's go right now!"

"Okay!" Hearing that this older girl would not only take her to blow up fish but also wanted to join in, Klee's eyes filled with joy.

Then she turned her curious gaze toward Kyoma.

"Are you Kyoma-ni?"

'Kyoma-ni? Yes, I am!'

Hearing that sweet voice, Kyoma felt like his heart might melt.

"Yes, I'm Kyoma. How did you know my name?" He found himself unconsciously softening his tone.

"My name is Klee, from the Knights of Favonius. Today, while I was in the solitary confinement room, I heard a voice..." She paused, as if catching herself. "I mean, while I was sitting quietly in my room, I had a daydream."

"The voice said that if I came to this world and became the companion of someone named Kyoma, then Klee could blow up fish freely from now on."

As Klee explained, her eyes grew brighter and brighter.

She could barely contain her excitement at the prospect of going out to blow up fish with her new friend as soon as possible.

Children's thoughts are typically transparent, written clearly across their faces.

Seeing her obvious eagerness, Kyoma certainly couldn't delay any longer.

He smiled warmly.

"If there's one thing this world isn't lacking, it's fish. Kagura can take you out to play."

"Yay!"

After saying a polite goodbye to Kyoma, Klee took Kagura's hand.

The two of them skipped toward the door together, chattering excitedly.

Kyoma watched their departing figures with the satisfaction of a proud parent.

'As expected of Kagura,' he thought. 'She's already bonding with her new companion. By the time they come back from a day of fun, they'll probably be best friends.'

This atmosphere of harmonious coexistence among the companions was exactly what Kyoma hoped to foster and maintain.

However, as if suddenly recalling something terrible, a hint of panic flashed through his eyes.

'Wait…'

Had he really just let those two go out together unsupervised?

He knew Kagura's temperament well.

She was fearless, bold enough to attack even Admiral Kizaru without hesitation.

And while Klee looked like a harmless little girl, based on Kyoma's understanding of her character, she was anything but quiet.

The bombs in her backpack were proof enough of that.

If these two were really allowed to go out and play by themselves, the entire Sabaody Archipelago might be sunk by tomorrow morning.

At this realization, Kyoma's eyelids twitched.

He quickly stood and rushed in the direction the two had gone.

But just as he burst through the door, a familiar and friendly face appeared at the entrance.

"Well, well, Kyoma. It looks like you've been doing quite well for yourself recently."

Rayleigh stood there holding a few bottles of wine.

He'd just arrived at Kyoma's house to visit.

Uncle Neil stood beside him, with several bags full of food floating behind them both.
