Chapter 120: Going Home, Four Women Meet
"That's true."
Furia nodded, unable to deny it. If everything Otonashi Chiya said came to fruition, then following him was indeed their best option. Once the ropes were removed, the five remained cautious, their movements stiff and reserved.
"Just act naturally," Chiya said. "If you really try anything, it won't escape my eyes. If you don't, there's no need to be so restrained."
The five nodded in unison to show they understood.
"I am about to assign you your first mission: in a few days, you will accompany me to purge the old fossils of the Japanese Cabinet..." Chiya's voice was ice-cold.
Massacring the military high command tonight had taken a heavy toll on him, so he didn't plan to strike the Cabinet immediately. To be safe, he needed to rest and let his body and ocular power recover.
He wasn't certain if Makima was with the Cabinet, or if they had other special trump cards up their sleeves. If Makima was involved, purging the Cabinet would be significantly more difficult than dealing with the Soviet military. Furthermore, before making his move, Chiya needed to secure Denji, Kobeni, and Pochita. The Cabinet undoubtedly knew who his closest associates were; if they weren't settled first, the Cabinet might send assassins after them. He would only act once everything was prepared.
"Understood."
The five Hybrids were obedient. They couldn't help but marvel at how ruthless this youth was—first he slaughtered the Soviet military brass, and now he was going after the Japanese Cabinet. They could guess the reason; something must have gone wrong with the contract between the two nations.
As for the specific details, they didn't ask. They had long viewed themselves as "weapons"—the "Master" assigned the mission, and they executed it without question. The "why" was not their concern. The only difference now was that their Master had changed from the military top brass to Otonashi Chiya.
"Now, come back to Japan with me first," Chiya told the group. "Everyone, stand close and place your hands on me."
Reze was the fastest, directly grabbing Chiya's hand. Not wanting to be outdone, Shingetsu immediately grabbed his other hand.
Watching this, Furia seemed to realize something. She rubbed her chin thoughtfully and mused, "Oh my, looks like I'll have to be careful."
She opted to only grab the edge of Chiya's coat to avoid drawing the ire of Reze or Shingetsu. As Reze's colleague, her security clearance was similar, so she was well aware of the secret that Shingetsu was a woman. The military had taken Shingetsu from the Yakuza when she was just a little girl; her gender wasn't exactly top-secret intel within their circles.
The other four Hybrids followed suit, either grabbing his clothing or placing a hand on his shoulder. Chiya immediately activated the transfer, bringing everyone into the Kamui dimension and seamlessly transitioning them into his home in Tokyo.
At the same time, he deactivated the "Night of the Clan Slaughter" skin, returning to his usual appearance. He didn't want to see Denji and the others looking like a mass murderer; it would be too easy to scare them. As for the salary, he could head back to the Leningrad military department tomorrow. The urgent priority now was securing Denji, Kobeni, and Pochita—that was far more important than money.
By moving now, before the Japanese Cabinet could react, Chiya could get them to safety in time. Once news of the disaster in the Soviet Union reached Japan, the Cabinet, driven by their guilty consciences, would likely strike first against him or those close to him.
Because the Double Kamui transfer was so rapid, the group only saw the world flicker for an instant, never even sensing the existence of the Kamui dimension itself.

At this very moment, Higashiyama Kobeni had just finished tutoring Denji and was eating fruit while watching television. Since moving into Otonashi-kun's house, she could buy whatever she wanted to eat at any time; she no longer had to struggle with wanting delicious food but being unable to afford it or too afraid to spend the money.
Denji was in the bedroom playing video games with Pochita.
"Otonashi-kun has been gone for several days again. Logically, he should be back tomorrow, right?" Kobeni suddenly thought of him. She checked the calendar; tomorrow was Friday, and last time, Otonashi-kun had returned on a Friday.
Right then, a spatial vortex appeared before Kobeni's eyes. Otonashi Chiya materialized, bringing everyone along with him. Kobeni was instantly delighted to see him return so suddenly. However, seeing several people standing beside him turned her surprise into confusion.
Why did Otonashi-kun bring so many people back this time? Another major question lingered: could his devil power actually transport this many people across such distances?
"I'm back," Chiya said the moment they landed.
"Chiya-gege!"
Denji and Pochita, who had been in the middle of a game, immediately dropped their controllers and ran out the moment they heard his voice. But upon seeing the crowd surrounding his older brother, Denji shared Kobeni's bewilderment.
The eyes of both Kobeni and Denji shifted instantly when they noticed Reze and Shingetsu holding Chiya's hands. Shingetsu was fine for now, as Kobeni and Denji didn't realize she was a girl dressed as a man. Reze, however, was different—especially since she was clinging to Chiya's arm, appearing quite intimate.
"Chiya-gege... who are these people?" The smile on Denji's face looked like it was about to "go dark."
"Don't misunderstand, little sister. Only those two women are competing with you for your brother," Furia reacted quickly, immediately clearing herself of suspicion and even letting go of Chiya's coat.
"Eh? Which two women?" Denji didn't catch on immediately. Is it just this big sister speaking and the purple-haired one acting so flirtatious with Chiya-gege?
The next moment, Denji's gaze locked onto Shingetsu, narrowing his eyes as he scrutinized her. At first glance, this person looked like a man, but a closer look revealed a face so fair and beautiful it was ridiculous—and she was also holding Chiya's hand. Could the second woman the big sister mentioned be this person?
However... Shingetsu's jealousy was even stronger than Denji's, though she showed little emotional fluctuation on the surface. Her cold gaze stared straight at Denji and Kobeni. She knew she was in Chiya's home, but she hadn't expected to find two other women living here.
Shingetsu asked Chiya coldly, her voice practically overflowing with intense jealousy:
"Otonashi, who are these two women?"
