They stared at each other in disbelief for a few seconds.
"I'd recognize that scar on his left eye anywhere. But is this man my twin brother or is he someone wearing his skin?", Raymond thought to himself. "If you really are my brother, tell me something that only he would know"
Roman pauses and thinks. "You still owe me for that turkey you brought", putting his hand on the back of his neck.
"Definitely him", Raymond whispers. "Apologies for that!"
Suddenly, two more figures approach, appearing much shorter than the other two, Grant and Gideon Edison.
"They where with you?" Roman asks.
Raymond nods.
"Good to see the two of you alive and well"
"Alive and traumatized", Gideon adds.
Roman looks behind them and asks, "Did you three just arrive here or where you already here before me?"
Raymond replies, "We were here for I'd say 2 hours"
"I'd say I got here around ten minutes ago"
"It's getting colder, you should come with us", Grant remarks as he adjusts his scarf over his armor.
They travel over to the camp where Roman and Raymond are constantly walking into branches yet it seems to have no effect on them.
"Do the two of you ever duck down?", Gideon asks.
"Only when we're running or when we feel like it", Raymond responds.
They arrive at the camp where there appears to be only three tents.
"Yeah, either you sleep in the same tent with one of them or you sleep outside", Raymond states.
"Do you have any spare blankets?"
"Well, yes actually"
"I'm sleeping by the fire"
Roman places a blanket over himself as he lays on a log next to the active fire as the others head to head to sleep.
A few hours later, Roman shivers as he lies on his side. He shifts sides and for a split second manages to spot something in the distance. He sits up with his once combed back hair now sticking up.
Another ice dragon, seemingly bigger than the one the yeti had killed earlier.
"Damn! Is that an A Grade?", he thinks to himself.
He grabs his oversized katana and heads near the frozen lake nearby where he stands within the shadows of the trees, observing.
The dragon is on the opposite side of the lake, seemingly just wandering. Roman notes that it is indeed bigger than the other dragon.
He climbs up a tree as he watches from the leaves. The massive lizard strays his attention from his direction. He breaths a small sigh of relief as he prepares to step down from the tree until he hears a small crack.
He looks down to his feet as he sees the branch is slowly breaking. He pauses for a second before coming down with the branch.
He rises to his feet once more, dusting the snow off of hims cloak.
"Roman, it's the middle of the night! What the hells are you doing out here?!"
"Keep your goddamn voice down! There's an A Grade beast right over there!"
It's head, along with it's attention suddenly shifts towards them. It lets out a deafening roar, establishing it's presence.
"Look what you did," Roman tells him.
"I'll get my blades and wake the others. You keep it distracted"
Raymond rushes toward the camp as Roman approaches the beast on the frozen lake. He draws his sword and holds it in both hands, holding an overhead stance with his weapon, waiting for a move.
The dragon steps back once and charges at him.
