Chapter 125 - Chapter 126 Why a Frying Pan!?

On the other side, Red Skull was completely bewildered as the conversation shifted to him.

He hadn't uttered a single word from beginning to end, his presence was practically nonexistent, so how could they bring him up!?

The Soul Gem, having reached a consensus, didn't delay at all; immediately, an orange light shone on Red Skull. His

billowing black cloak stopped fluttering, and his vanished feet returned, resting on the ground.

Red Skull stared blankly at everything. Having been a ghost, he could better appreciate the fulfillment of having a body, even though it was only temporary, and he didn't truly have a body again, it still filled him with surprise.

Seeing Red Skull's change, Finnie Hellseg walked over with a smile, casually summoning a fried chicken roll, and offered it, asking, "Want to try some?"

Looking at the fried chicken roll in Finnie Hellseg's hand, Red Skull hesitated. He hadn't tasted food for seventy years. In his previous state, he couldn't eat, but now, with a temporary physical form, he could finally try.

  "Thank you!"

Red Skull accepted the Violet Chicken Wrap and thanked her. Although he didn't understand why Finnie Hellseg wanted to materialize him, he really had nothing left to lose.

Taking a bite of the tender and delicious Violet Chicken Wrap, feeling the impact on his taste buds that he hadn't experienced for many years, and the joy that welled up from the bottom of his heart, tears actually streamed down Red Skull's face.

Was it so delicious that he cried?!

  Finnie Hellseg was dumbfounded!

  "It's so delicious!"

In just a few bites, Red Skull finished a Violet Chicken Wrap, praised Finnie Hellseg, and asked expectantly, "Can I have another one?"

"No problem, all you can eat!"

Finnie Hellseg immediately used the Golden Grand Evolution Technique to create a large table and two chairs, allowing Red Skull to feast.

As if making up for lost time, or perhaps as a last supper, or maybe the chicken nuggets were just too delicious, Red Skull couldn't stop eating. Even though it was the only food available, he ate with great relish.

Half an hour later, Red Skull slowed down. While his appetite was still less than that of the Blue-Eyes White Dragon, it was comparable to the Hulk's at the beginning.

"Thank you for your hospitality, Mr. Hellseg!"

Red Skull was, after all, the former leader of Hydra. Even after seventy years as a ghost, he hadn't completely lost his elegance.

  "You're welcome!"

Finnie Hellseg shook his head, pondering how to discuss the fight with Red Skull.

As the head of an organization, Red Skull was adept at reading people. Seeing Finnie Hellseg's expression, he said directly, "Whatever your request, as long as I can fulfill it, just say so!"

"It's nothing, I just wanted to spar with you."

Seeing how agreeable Red Skull was, Finnie Hellseg felt a little embarrassed.

  "Just a spar!?"

Red Skull was stunned. He had even prepared to sacrifice himself to feed the dragon, while Finnie Hellseg just wanted to spar with someone!?

  That's it!?

Although he felt he had no hope of winning, Red Skull still agreed without hesitation: "No problem!"

  "Shall we start now!?"

After seventy years of monotony, Red Skull realized he wasn't as indifferent as he had imagined. He actually had some anticipation and a desire to win a spar with Finnie Hellseg.

Although, based on any of Finnie Hellseg's previous abilities, his chances of winning were almost zero.

Seeing that Red Skull was even more anxious than himself, Finnie Hellseg was taken aback. He could only attribute it to perhaps not having seen him for too long and not having had a proper chat, so he was a little excited.

"If you don't mind, let's start now!"      Finnie Hellseg didn't stand on ceremony. If nothing unexpected happened, he'd likely be staying here for quite some time, so he needed to ascertain the experience Red Skull could gain.

The Soul Stone disappeared after transforming Red Skull, without speaking to Finnie Hellseg again, perhaps observing from the shadows.

Although Red Skull had temporarily gained a physical form, he still belonged to the Soul Stone, so Finnie Hellseg didn't choose the altar as the battle location.

Instead, he went to the beach at the foot of the mountain.

  "Ready?"

Finnie Hellseg asked Red Skull, equipping the Demon Possession spell.

  "Let's begin!"

Red Skull calmed his somewhat nervous nerves and nodded. Although Finnie Hellseg was powerful, he thought carefully and did not feel he had absolutely no hope of winning.

The battle began. Finnie Hellseg didn't immediately bombard Red Skull with explosive magic or suppress him with the Golden Grand Evolution Technique. Instead, relying on the Demon Possession buff, he engaged Red Skull in close combat, testing his strength, speed, and defense little by little.

It must be said that Red Skull, injected with almost the same serum as Captain America, wasn't weak at all.

Especially his combat skills, which completely suppressed Finnie Hellseg in the battle.

If it weren't for the fact that his strength couldn't break through the physical resistance of the demonic possession, Red Skull might have actually had a sliver of hope of winning this battle.

After a period of testing, Finnie Hellseg roughly understood where Red Skull's strength stood. He was definitely weaker than Hulk, but much stronger than most of the sorcerers of Kamar-Taj.

Especially his superb combat skills, which were a natural counter to Kamar-Taj's fighting style.

Therefore, Finnie Hellseg deduced that Red Skull's overall strength should be comparable to Mordo when he was holding back and not using high-damage spells, or even slightly weaker, but not by much.

This made Finnie Hellseg extremely happy. Although he seemed to be slightly weaker than Mordo, he had to consider that Red Skull was a sparring partner who was available all day long. Where else could you find such a safe and efficient experience-gaining tool?

Even Hulk, although highly experienced, couldn't be pulled out to fight every day, and the risk of injury had to be considered.

Having ascertained Red Skull's situation, Finnie Hellseg planned to end the battle to see how much experience Red Skull could gain. After all, speculation was just speculation; the final judgment would depend on the system's evaluation criteria.

Red Skull, though unaware that Finnie Hellseg had merely been testing him, knew how blatantly Finnie Hellseg was holding back. The terrifying pillar of fire hadn't been used even once, and Red Skull had remained on the ground the entire time, never taking to the skies.

He, the leader of Hydra, had never been defeated except by Captain America, yet now he was being let off easy. Even against Captain America, their fight was only evenly matched.

Although he had prepared for defeat from the start, he didn't want to lose badly; he wanted to lose with style.

As he thought this, Red Skull heard Finnie Hellseg speak:

  "Quicksand!"

The previously soft sand beneath his feet instantly turned into a mud pit, nearly causing Red Skull to sink. Fortunately, he reacted quickly, using his superior skills to escape the sandpit in time.

But before he could even catch his breath, a black frying pan suddenly appeared in front of him.

Until the very last second, his mind was still filled with…

  why a frying pan!?

Looking at the Red Skull who had been brought down by the pan, Finnie Hellseg looked with satisfaction at the frying pan created by the Golden Grand Evolution Technique in his hand.

Actually, he wasn't yet very good at using the Golden Grand Evolution Technique in battle, because maintaining creation while focusing on fighting was too difficult, so he could only take it slowly, starting with the simplest weapon.
