Chapter 121 - Chapter 122 My Name is Finney Hellseg

Although Red Skull spoke eloquently, describing all the wonderful scenarios of becoming the leader of Hydra, Finney still didn't agree to let him take the position.

After a moment of surprise, he realized that Hydra now was not like the one under Red Skull's rule, where everyone was united and determined.

With the organization's growth, although Hydra on Earth still chanted the same slogan, the factions were actually quite distinct, each with its own leader.

If he went back and said he was the supreme leader, he might be suppressed by them all. After eating and drinking his fill, Finney got up and stretched, walked to the edge of the cliff, and looked down at the bottom.

He'd been chatting with Red Skull for so long, hoping the Soul Stone would appear on its own, but so much time had passed and there hadn't been a sound.

So he decided to take the initiative.

"Soul Stone, you get out here!"

Finney shouted towards the bottom of the cliff, seeing Red Skull's stunned expression. "If you don't come out, I'll smash this damn altar and destroy your damn planet!"

"Finney, obtaining the Soul Stone comes at a price,"

Red Skull, acting as their guide, couldn't help but remind him.

"I know, but today I'll show it that if I don't get it, I'll pay the price."

Filled with rage, Finney didn't hesitate to equip 'Demon's Embrace,' using the Flight spell to soar high into the sky. He aimed at the two giant rocks and began chanting:

"My name is Finney Hellseg, the only user of Explosion Magic on Earth!"

  "Soul Stone, witness my power!"

"Blacker than black, darker than darkness, entrust my crimson golden light to this place!"

An unprecedentedly massive magic circle appeared before Finney, determined to show the Soul Stone the power of Explosion Magic.

"The time of awakening has come! The corrupt doctrines of the absurd church, manifest as invisible distortions!"

"Dance! Dance! Dance! The collapse of my fundamental power, an unparalleled collapse, incinerate all things in heaven and earth, descend from the abyss!" Fueled

by emotion, chanting, and a certain enhancement that Finney was unaware of, this explosive magic might be more powerful than any before.

"This is humanity's most powerful attack, this is ultimate attack magic!"

The profound magic circle erupted with intense crimson light; only one final step remained before the magic was complete.

  "Ex..."

  "Stop!"

A childish voice rang in Finney's mind, almost causing him to unleash the magic.

Struggling to maintain the unprecedented power of the explosive magic, Finney looked around with a cold smile and asked, "Why were you teleported here?!"

"Your soul is special. Time can't see your future. Space was curious and thought of sending you here so I could observe you!"

a childish voice in his head explained, infuriating Finney to the point that he almost lost control of the spell.

"For this lame reason, you teleported me to this godforsaken place?!"

"This was Space's decision; I didn't ask for anything!"

The Soul Stone threw the blame away, then added, "You can't damage this place. Take back your power."

  "Send me back!"

Finney didn't hesitate, making his demand.

  "I can't do that!"

"Then prepare to wait for your destined one somewhere else!"

Finney pretended to smash the spell down.

"You can't do this!" The Soul Stone's voice sounded somewhat angry: "My abilities can't send you back; only Space can."

"Then let it teleport me back!"

Finney was determined to make the Space Stone pay the price once he got back.

  "But you're too far away!"

However, the Soul Stone's reply almost made him explode with anger.

"Whose fault do you think this is?"

The magic circle's light flashed wildly under Finney's agitation, on the verge of exploding uncontrollably.

Suddenly, a burst of orange light shone from the bottom of the cliff, enveloping Finney and the exploding magic circle, calming both of them down.

"I can make it send you back the next time it's activated."

Reassured by the Soul Stone's power, Finney frowned, but ultimately did his best to weaken the magic to its minimum, then changed his target to a distant mountain.

The Soul Stone was, after all, one of the Infinite Stones, and Finney could test it, but he was also worried about what trump cards it might have.

  "Boom!"

Even though he had dissipated the power to the maximum extent, this explosion magic was still exceptionally powerful, and Finney couldn't afford to investigate the reason for the moment.

  "Can't it actively activate teleportation?"

Finney asked, floating in the air, feeling somewhat awkward about this virtual dialogue.

"It has already used up a lot of its power to teleport you here, so it can't be activated actively for the time being."

This answer left him speechless, and he couldn't help but ask, "Just how high is your level of intelligence?"

"Don't try to judge us by your human standards." The Soul Stone's voice sounded childish, yet it seemed to carry a hint of maturity: "Time, Space, Mind, Power, Reality, Soul, we know everything about this universe."

"Heh, but you don't know me!"

  Finney sneered.

"So Space is strange to you, and now I'm a little curious about you too."

The Soul Stone was quietly glowing somewhere. Although it was the most self-protective of the six stones, it was still just a stone, and it could only unleash its maximum power in the hands of its user.

Furthermore, since even it couldn't see through Finney's soul this time, it intervened to explain to Finney. Otherwise, even if someone else had destroyed Vormir, it wouldn't have appeared.

Of course, a more likely reason was to teach them a lesson, letting them know that they weren't to be trifled with.

  "Heh!"

Finney didn't know the reason, but the Soul Stone's compromise made him temporarily abandon further probing. The main reason for this was that he felt he could definitely return with the Ancient One's backing.

"Has Earth changed a lot now?"

Red Skull asked blankly as Finney descended from the sky.

"It has changed quite a bit."

Finney nodded, thinking about the various things that would happen in the future.

Although the way he was dressed as a demon was quite bizarre, there were countless strange technologies in the universe, and he hadn't realized how powerful Finney was.

But it wasn't until that 'Explosion Magic' that he understood that this seemingly harmless boy was practically a human nuclear bomb.

At this moment, Red Skull was unaware that the previous situation wasn't actually the true power of that Explosion Magic.

Finney was also pondering this question; he also realized that the power of this Explosion Magic was somewhat terrifying, and he almost lost control. However, apart from the longer incantation and the more furious tone, it seemed no different from before.
