Five years later
Five years went by after the death of stark couples. Lyon was old enough to go to preschool even though he didn't needs it. Due to his Kryptonian bloodline Lyon who had superbrain was much more intelligent that kids in his age. He already mastered everything that should be taught from preschool to high school subjects. Although that was the case but tony still wants his little brother to have a normal student life. So he join the elite preschool under stark industries.
Although the lessons was boring, Lyon still like to go to school because of his friend especially he was popular with the girls and always surrround by them to the delight of tony . He wanted to show his smug face to pepper but got quite after seeing the cold and disgusted glare she give him which gives him a image where she looks at him like a trash. Due to constant exposure of sun light Lyon's body Begins to change which wasn't notices by anyone.
One day, tony was busy with his sweat talking with a beautiful woman who he wanted to preyed tonight, all of sudden his phone was ringing. Seeing this tony was irritated, he excuse himself from his prey and went aside to take his call. It was a female headmaster who was once preyed by the scumbag Tony who happens to be the preschool where Lyon studies. Hearing the news from the other side tony was shocked he immediately went to find pepper and his newly hired bodyguard happy and rushed towards the school.
An hour before
Lyon as usual playing with a few kids in the play ground. All of sudden one of his friend show his eyes and said"Leo, your eyes are turning red". Hearing this Lyon went near the pond and saw his eyes glowing red in the reflection of water. He instantly becomes confused and before he could think of anything his eyes begins to itch. When he tries to grimacing his eyes. Suddenly he heard noises from surrounding even very far from the school.
Suddenly hearing to many voices in his head made him pain and irritated. Seeing him in pain his friends tries check is he okay. Suddenly he able to see through his eyes and saw skeletons around him talking and walking around. Seeing this he was scared and immediately open his eyes. When he open his eyes a ray of heat flashed from his eyes, luckily Lyon was pacing a thick and giant tree beside the pond.
The heat ray cut through the tree in flash of seconds and continues to move forward. Seeing this everyone surround him shocked. After a minute the heat vision stopped and Lyon able to see normally. Look at what he did and Suprised and petrified looks of his teachers and friends Lyon run away and entre the boy's restrooms then locked the door no matter what everyone said he didn't come out. That's when the head mistress called tony and inform him.
Soon tony and pepper arrived at the preschool where they was escorted to the rest room by headmistress who briefed what happened to them. Hearing this both of them was shocked and couldn't believe it. Then on the way they saw all the damage don't by Lyon's heat vision they was once again stunned. Later they arrived at the boy's restrooms and saw a teacher and some of Lyon's friends tries to get Lyon open the rest room but he refused it. He even shoot his heat vision to heat up the metal door knob because he was afraid to accidentally hurt someone.
Seeing this tony immediately asked them to leave them alone for some times. Hearing this everyone agreed and leave three of them alone. Lyon who had calm down able to hear Tony's conversation with everyone outside. After sending them he with his ability to see through the door and saw Tony who was trying to talk to him about to grip the doorknob , he immediately said" brother, don't touch the doorknob, I just heat it up, otherwise it will burn your hand". Only after that tony look at the doorknob and saw it was scorching red and sighed in relief as he nearly lost his hand. After a second he asked Lyon to open the door. Since he trust his brother more Lyon open the door and rushed to Tony who hugged him , while patting him. After a while he finally manages to pacify Lyon.
He decided it was time to tell the truth to Lyon, but first he needed to settle things here otherwise if someone else found out about this it will be a problem. After play a huge sum as a hush money and makes sure that no one will leaked anything that happens today and the repair cost for the damage done by Lyon tony bring him home.
Later he confront Lyon and told him the truth about his true identity. Hearing it first he was shocked, panicked then he became sad and begins to cry. Tony hugged him and said" listen here kid, no matter what others said you are mine, tony Stark's little brother and there is no change about it. Remember I always love you and no matter what I always beside you".
After a while Lyon was sobbered up, later they once again watch the videos by RA- zod and research Lyon's blood and find out that the reason why he is getting stronger is because of sunlight. Whenever he was basking in sun he can absorb solar energy to strengthen himself. So tony begins to train Lyon to control his new found abilities. He also created tools to help with his physical abilities and involve in meditation, yoga and many more things to help develop his mental abilities.
Due to it Lyon mental strength become powerful and he learned to control his abiliilities including his hearing and vision. Tony decided to not sent Lyon to school and used all his influence to home tutor him. Since Lyon already finished the entire syllabus from preschool to highschool, tony directly let him take highschool final exams. Then he hired professional professors to teach him. Since Lyon's has super brain he able to learn every faster. The truth about Lyon only known to pepper Potts as she was the only one they can trust unconditionally. Although tony had blind faith on Obadiah Stan but Lyon have trust issues with him as once he catch him sneering at tony. When Lyon told about this to Tony, he didn't believe it as he trust him too much as tony view Obadiah as his father figure.
Ten years passed
Ten years passed after Lyon discover his truth, Lyon was perfectly able to control his powers. He already access to his super speed, super strength, super hearing, super brain, super sight, heat vision, x-ray vision and control them. Still it wasn't enough, Lyon already had four PhDs in physics, mathematics, mechanical engineering and computer science. At his fourteen birthday he discoveres that he can go on without eating or drinking for years with just basking in sun so he has a idea to go to space and and basking in sun. At first tony disagree with it even pepper support tony in this matter but after many days of constant nagging they finally comprised. In Lyon's fifteen birthday tony create a space station for Lyon so he can go to space. Three weeks after Lyon's birthday they launched the small space station to the space under the disguise of researching in space. Lyon now basking in sun without any food, drink or disturbances in meditation form.
