Chapter 11 - Chapter 11 Miss Samui, you didn't want this either.

Konoha has only been established for a few decades. Before that, it was the Warring States period, a time of constant warfare between various ninja clans.

Therefore, there were many distinct cultures.

Jiraiya's "Team Six," the same team Minato belonged to, actually included a person with dark skin and sausage-like lips.

This appeared in "Minato's Tale ~The Whirlwind in the Whirlpool~," a story mainly about how Minato created the Rasengan and... Kushina's repression in the village.

"Kiyoshi, you will always be a member of Kumogakure."

Samodo paused, then continued,

"If you're willing, we can take you away after your first mission after graduation. You'll then enter Kumogakure and receive our best training."

The current situation is tense, with signs of the Third Shinobi World War, making it not the best time to take Kiyoshi away.

They need to wait until the situation becomes more chaotic.

"You will be the first head of the Uchiha clan in Kumogakure!"

Samodo exclaimed excitedly.

But Kiyoshi didn't share his excitement.

Kiyoshi wasn't buying it; he'd seen plenty of empty promises.

"The Uchiha were very kind to me, and even taught me Uchiha ninjutsu..."

Kiyoshi said meaningfully.

Samodo immediately understood the implication: Kiyoshi was asking for a price!

"Lord Raikage really values you, and even allowed us to bring some ninjutsu scrolls."

Samodo produced a scroll.

Kiyoshi took it, opened it, and saw it was a D-rank scroll named "Lightning Release: Lightning Finger."

The rank of a ninjutsu doesn't refer to its power, but rather to its difficulty of learning.

E-rank is what ordinary ninja students can learn, D-rank is what genin can learn, and so on, C-rank is what chunin can learn, and B-rank is what jonin can learn.

At this point, higher-level ninjutsu becomes irrelevant to most ninjas.

An ordinary Jonin, in their entire life, can only learn B-rank ninjutsu.

A-rank ninjutsu, already known as forbidden techniques, belongs to the category of ultra-high-level ninjutsu.

This is no longer just about learning ability; it also depends on the ninja's physical condition.

Forbidden techniques generally consume a large amount of the user's energy or cause great harm or even death. In other words, those with scarce chakra are almost impossible to master A-rank ninjutsu.

Anyone who can master A-rank ninjutsu will immediately stand out among ninjas of the same rank.

The rank of a ninjutsu does not represent its power, but the more difficult a ninjutsu is to learn, the better its effect is generally.

As for the highest rank, S-rank, that is already called ultimate techniques and extremely high-level ninjutsu.

Kiyoshi briefly flipped through the scroll of "Lightning Release: Lightning Finger" and found that it could only activate the cells of the index and middle fingers.

Moreover, calling it a lightning finger only meant that there were some invisible arcs of electricity in the fingertips.

Seeing the change in Kiyoshi's expression, Samodo smiled slightly, his eyes narrowing, and said,

"We have some spies in Konoha. You... haven't received any ninjutsu from the Uchiha clan. What's the point? They don't acknowledge you, but we do. If you want to learn more ninjutsu, go back to Kumogakure."

Samodo's tone was very tempting, as if Kiyoshi would lose the chance to change his life if he missed this opportunity.

"I'll have to think about it."

Kiyoshi took the scroll and left.

Kumogakure wasn't stupid; they wouldn't just stuff things into his hands.

They would only try to tempt him.

"Lord Samodo."

After Kiyoshi left, Samodo emerged from the secret room and went to the third floor of the shop, looking down at the passersby.

There were hardly any customers left; their shop only operated during the day and closed early at night.

The other employees began packing up, and the few remaining customers gradually left.

"Yotsuki Kiyoshi probably doesn't want to go back to Kumogakure,"

Samui said calmly.

She has always been a woman who likes to analyze things calmly.

Just now, Samodo said that the Uchiha clan didn't acknowledge Yotsuki Seiji and hadn't taught him ninjutsu.

However, it's foreseeable that this is only temporary.

Later, when the Uchiha clan deems Seiji qualified, they will definitely teach him.

She doesn't think Yotsuki Seiji will give up all of this; she and Samodo are likely just wasting their time.

"No, he will sooner or later,"

Samodo smiled. Let

Samui question it.

His brother is from the Cloud Village's martial arts faction; he knows a lot of inside information.

The entire ninja world is in turmoil; everyone in the village is no longer satisfied with the status quo.

The martial arts faction is waiting for an opportunity; once the opportunity is right, they will reignite the war.

Seiji, who had already walked quite a distance, stood on the street, blending into the crowd.

His face was hidden in the night, appearing calm and expressionless.

When no one was paying attention, his left eye slowly opened, and a single tomoe Sharingan quietly appeared.

A special chakra called "eye power" flowed slowly, allowing Kiyoshi, who could previously only see a tiny black dot in a sushi shop, to clearly see the staff closing up shop.

Even with only one tomoe, Kiyoshi's vision had increased to a terrifying level.

It was as clear as if the objects were right next to him.

The conversation between Samodo and Samui, even the subtle changes in their expressions, were reflected in his eyes.

In *Boruto*, Sarada, with only three tomoe, could see exposed "viruses" in the air by concentrating her eye power!

Kiyoshi's single-tomoe Sharingan could also see things a hundred or two meters away.

After Kiyoshi understood what the two were saying by reading their lips,he lowered his head and shook it slightly. "The Uchiha don't acknowledge me, but when has Kumogakure ever acknowledged me?"

His gaze slowly rose, sweeping over the distant sushi shop before settling again on Samui's beautiful figure on the third floor.

Neither the Uchiha nor Kumogakure were Kiyoshi's true home.

The Uchiha clan handled this matter with such caution to avoid repeating the mistakes of Kiyoshi.

A mishandling would damage their reputation, and those with Uchiha blood flowing through their veins, like Kiyoshi, would simply avoid Konoha.

The Uchiha clan didn't want to gamble.

As for Kumogakure, needless to say, they simply wanted to firmly control the Uchiha's bloodline limits, enhance their strength, and use them as breeding stock.

They would only endlessly exploit them.

The *Book of Formations* and other official guidebooks state that Kumogakure is a mafia-like clan, and they champion…military expansion.

Kiyoshi stroked the edge of the scroll, his fingertips touching the rough paper.

Looking at Samui's figure, a dark, profound meaning appeared in his eyes.

Since that was the case, it was reasonable for him to use his own methods to scheme for more benefits.

For the next few days, Kiyoshi lived a monotonous life:

Ninja Academy, after-school training, home.

Until the sixth day, Kiyoshi returned to that sushi restaurant.

"Night…sir, would you like to order squid sushi?"

Samui asked.

But Kiyoshi's answer was different from before.

"Miss Samui, you wouldn't want to cause me to become enemies with Kumogakure because of you, would you?"
