Leah disappears from Leo and becomes invisible.
Leo wakes up in Rosemary Hospital, in the ICU unit.He finds himself lying on a hospital bed, with many doctors around him, treating his wounds.Leo sees his family members standing outside the hospital room, looking extremely worried about him.
Leo searches for Elsa.
Due to the medication, Leo becomes unconscious again for a few minutes.
After 1 hour
Leo wakes up again and finds himself sleeping on the hospital bed.The doctors ask him,"Mr. Leo, are you okay?"
Leo removes his oxygen mask and says,"I am fine."
The doctors say,"You are lucky, Mr. Leo.""You got your life back because of the girl who saved you.""Otherwise, you might have died."
Leo's family members also feel grateful to the girl who saved Leo's life.Leo expects Elsa to come.
Leo says in his heart,"I know Elsa is the girl who saved me.""That crazy girl would never leave me alone in danger.""She is Elsa."
The doctors point toward the girl.Leo's family members look at her with admiration and respect.
Leo gets surprised and shocked.Leo calls out,"Amy?"
Amy comes toward Leo and says,"I was really worried about you, Leo.""I was terrified to see you in that fire.""I had to risk my life to save you.""I saved you from the fire and admitted you to the hospital."
Leo is stunned by Amy's words.
Leo asks Amy,"Was anyone with me during or after the accident?"
Amy replies,"No.""I saw only you."
"No one was with you at the time of the accident."
"Your car got stuck in the fire, and I saved you, Leo."
"Believe me, the flames were very dangerous."
Leo says in his heart,"Maybe Elsa left early and saved her own life."
"Maybe she is smart.""But I don't know why I can't believe that Amy saved my life."
"And I don't know why I am getting angry at Elsa while also worrying about her."
"By the way, where is she?"
Richard praises Amy,"Amy, you are a really good girl."
"Thank you so much for saving my son's life."
"We are truly grateful and indebted to you."
Leo's mother also praises Amy,"Thank you, Amy, for saving my son Leo's life."
Amy smiles and says,"Leo is my best friend, aunty."
"I would save his life."
"He means a lot to me."
"And he is going to be my brother-in-law."
"I mean, he is getting married to my elder sister."
Leo's father Richard smiles.Leo is not happy and feels bad, thinking about Elsa.
Leo says in his heart,"Where is Elsa?"
Elsa becomes visible again and enters Leo's hospital room, remaining hidden.She listens to everything Amy says.
Elsa says to herself,"Why is Amy saying that she saved Leo's life?"
"Why is Amy lying to Leo and his family?"
"I know she is manipulative, but I also felt she was good."
"Why do I feel like Amy is up to something?"
Leo tells his family members and the doctors,"I need some rest.""Please leave."
Leo's family, Amy, and the doctors leave the hospital room.Leo feels bad.
Elsa comes in front of Leo and calls softly,"Leo."
Leo opens his eyes and sees Elsa.He asks her politely,"How are you?""Are you okay?""Did you get hurt?"
Elsa replies,"No.""I am good, Leo."
Leo smiles and says,"I am happy for you, Elsa.""That you saved your life.""But I don't know why I am feeling angry with you."
Elsa asks Leo,"Why are you angry with me, Leo?"
Leo says,"You saved your life from the fire accident, and I am happy for you.""And I know you left me there.""But at least I thought you would be worried about me.""I wanted to see you when I woke up.""But I found someone else.""I don't know, Elsa, how to react.""I'm sorry if I spoke too much.""But I am not happy with you, Elsa."
Elsa feels heartbroken hearing Leo's words.
Leo finally asks Elsa,"Did you ever truly think of me as your friend?""Because I thought of you as more than a friend, Elsa."
Tears fill Elsa's eyes, but she controls her emotions.Elsa says,"I'm sorry, Leo. " "I didn't want this."
Leo closes his eyes and says,"Please let me rest, Elsa."
Elsa starts walking away and says in her heart,"I saved you, Leo."
"But I can't reveal the truth because I don't want you to build emotions for me."
"Because I know one day I have to leave you."
"And I can't see you hurt."
"You are my love and my best friend."
"I promise to protect you from every danger."
"But first, I must find out why Amy lied to everyone and said she saved you."
