Chapter 11 - Chapter 11 Na'er, Leng Yaozhu's Lucky Draw, and the Missed Opportunity of Yun Ming

"Am I in the human world?"the girl murmured to herself, a thoughtful glint in her purple eyes. Her long, silvery-white hair cascaded over her shoulders, revealing her fair legs. She was like a sculpted jade sculpture, exuding an ethereal aura, yet subtly tinged with noble majesty.

"So this is Shrek City, the number one city on the continent that Di Tian spoke of? Human development is indeed rapid."

The girl's gaze swept over the towering buildings before finally settling on a shop on the side of the street.

The shop bore a small green monster logo, and at the bottom of the signboard were the words: Shrek Academy Jointly Branded Hand-Pounded Sausage.

"I never expected such a turn of events during my transformation, even encountering a spatial rift. So, I'm only half of the Silver Dragon King now, and my transformed martial soul is... the Silver Dragon Spear."

"And my name now should be Na'er."

The girl carefully sensed her current situation, pondering silently. On the back of her right hand was a silver spear mark.

"Little girl, wandering the streets at this hour, be careful not to run into bad guys."

At this moment, crisp footsteps sounded, and a light laugh came from behind Na'er.

"Hmm?"

Na'er turned around, and upon seeing the person behind her, a hint of amazement appeared in her purple eyes.

The person behind her was tall and slender, with a curvaceous figure. Her dark red hair cascaded down like a waterfall, her skin was as white as carved jade, and her phoenix eyes were crimson. Her features possessed both the delicate liveliness of a young girl and a mature charm, her pretty face elegant yet cold and beautiful.

She wore a red robe embroidered with a golden phoenix, and under the streetlights high above, she was breathtakingly beautiful.

"Little friend, have you gotten separated from your parents? Where do you live?"

Seeing that Na'er didn't answer, the woman slowly leaned down, looking directly at Na'er, and asked gently.

"Na'er has no parents... and no home..."

Na'er shook her head slightly, a hint of sadness appearing on her pretty face, her tone somewhat pitiful.

She had just arrived in the human world and didn't understand anything yet, and her strength was temporarily sealed due to her transformation. The person in front of her was clearly of high status.

Therefore, Na'er decided to try to curry favor with her.

"Hmm, it really is because I inherited the Silver Dragon King's extraordinary wisdom."

Seeing the surprised and hesitant look on the elegant woman's face, Na'er secretly gave herself a thumbs up for her decision.

"The soul power fluctuations emanating from this little girl are clearly level ten, and judging from her bone age, she is only six years old. Moreover, there is an aura within her that is no weaker than her own. Is it a martial soul..."

The woman's eyebrows furrowed slightly as she looked at the little girl in front of her, a hint of surprise flashing in her phoenix eyes. She knew that her martial soul was the top-tier Heavenly Phoenix.

And her identity was none other than the current deputy tower master of the Spirit Pagoda, the patriarch of the Phoenix Clan—Leng Yaozhu.

"Why don't you come home with me first? Auntie's house is quite big."

Leng Yaozhu reached out and stroked Na'er's little head, a smile playing on her lips as she spoke softly, though it also carried a hint of a wolf abducting a little lamb.

"If what this girl says is true, then I've truly encountered a genius,"

Leng Yaozhu thought to herself. Tonight, she felt a strange sense of spiritual enlightenment, unable to concentrate on her cultivation. At her current level, it felt more like a premonition, so she decided to come down for a stroll, and just then, she bumped into the girl before her.

"You're not a bad person, are you?"

Na'er asked cautiously.

The unattainable is always more desirable; Na'er couldn't just give herself away for free, she had to make her presence felt.

"Hahaha, of course I'm not a bad person. Auntie is from the Spirit Pagoda, so you can rest assured now,"

Leng Yaozhu said with a gentle smile.

Na'er's eyes lit up at the mention of the Spirit Pagoda; she naturally knew about this colossal institution in the human world.

"Gu Yue, you can stay in that corner of the Star Dou Great Forest. I, Na'er, will definitely save the Soul Beast Clan before you do,"

Na'er thought to herself. Then, as if she had made a major decision, she handed her small hand to Leng Yaozhu in front of her.

"Good girl, let's go."

Leng Yaozhu took Na'er's little hand, preparing to lead her home.

"What should I call you?"

Na'er asked hesitantly.

"Auntie's name is Leng Yaozhu, you can just call me Aunt Leng."

Leng Yaozhu smiled, a warm smile burning beneath her icy exterior, both radiant and icy.

"Hello, Sister Leng."

Na'er said crisply.

Hearing this, Leng Yaozhu didn't say anything, but the corners of her mouth couldn't help but turn up, and she held Na'er's little hand tightly.

Under the soft light, two figures, one tall and one short, slowly lengthened and disappeared around the corner...

And not long after the two left, a cold-faced young man and a gentle-looking woman also arrived at the same place.

"Brother Ming, why are you out for a walk so late? Is something on your mind?"the woman asked gently.

"I sensed an opportunity earlier, but it's disappeared now. Perhaps I was mistaken."

The cold-faced young man shook his head slightly, then looked at the woman beside him, and said apologetically.

"Ya Li, you're still out with me so late, really..."

"As long as I can be by your side, Brother Ming, it's nothing. Besides, it's nice to go for a walk."

Ya Li said softly, holding Yun Ming's strong arm .

"Wake up, my disciple. You can't sleep this long at your age."

Outside Shrek City, a dark red mecha landed. Mu Ye pulled Jiang Xiu out of the mecha and forced it to start.

Shrek City has a no-fly zone, so they would have to walk to the Spirit Tower headquarters.

"Master, I was too tired last night. I'll definitely get up early from now on."

Jiang Xiu, still sleepy, stretched his limbs beside the mecha, but when he saw Shrek City, his eyebrows twitched slightly.

Shrek City was surrounded by a tall metal wall, gleaming in the early morning light. Around it were patrol teams, all bearing the Shrek Academy insignia, clearly Shrek's own garrison.

"It's alright. After you obtain your soul spirit today, I'll teach you our Body Sect's unique meditation method, allowing cultivation to replace sleep, squeezing... utilizing your own time."

Mu Ye raised his hand to retract the mecha behind him, waved, and then led Jiang Xiu towards Shrek City, saying as they walked.

"How about it? Isn't Shrek City impressive? It's known as the safest city on the entire continent. Of the four major powers on the continent, besides the War God Temple, the headquarters of the other three are all here. After our Body Sect returns as kings, we'll also build a headquarters here."

"Safe? Master, we don't build headquarters here."

Jiang Xiu quickly waved his hand upon hearing this.

"What's wrong, disciple? Do you feel unsafe here? Is there going to be a huge explosion?"

Mu Ye joked as he led Jiang Xiu into Shrek City.

Hearing this, Jiang Xiu stopped in his tracks, looking at Mu Ye with disbelief.

Could his master be a prophet?
