Chapter 43 - Titan Realm

Rien walked calmly through the long corridor of the clan palace. His footsteps were slow and steady, echoing softly against the marble floor.

"That's the right time," he murmured quietly to himself.

Without hesitation, he pushed open the heavy doors of the clan hall and stepped inside.

Three people immediately turned their gazes toward him.

"Yo, Rien! What happened?" Kuto asked energetically, raising his hand in greeting.

Lan Xia shot Kuto a flat, slightly annoyed stare before shifting her attention back to Rien.

"We're ready for the Holy Trials," she said with confident excitement.

Miss Yin nodded calmly from her seat.

"Since conflicts have begun in several empires, the Empire League has been cancelled for a few days," she explained.

Rien nodded once.

"Then we're ready," he said confidently.

Suddenly—

The doors burst open.

A young boy rushed inside, breathing heavily, his face pale with fear.

"E–Empress!" he shouted. "Some extremely powerful people have arrived outside! They call themselves Titans… from the Titan Realm!"

Miss Yin immediately stood up.

"Then it seems the Holy Trials will have to wait," she said seriously as she walked toward the exit.

Rien, Kuto, and Lan Xia followed her outside the clan hall.

Outside the clan gates, four towering figures stood calmly.

Their presence alone made the air tremble.

Cosmic energy rippled around them like a storm barely contained.

"You are the Empress?" one of the men said.

The pressure of his aura distorted the very fabric of space.

Miss Yin stared at them coldly.

"Who are you?" she asked aggressively.

Another Titan smiled faintly.

"We come from the Titan Realm, the third greatest pillar among the Ten Ultimate Universes."

Kuto looked at the four of them carefully before leaning closer to Rien.

"They call themselves Titans," he whispered, "but they're the same height as us."

Rien smiled calmly.

"Titan doesn't refer to their size," he said quietly.

"It refers to their cosmic power."

Lan Xia stepped forward, releasing a surge of her own cosmic energy.

"Why are you here?" she asked coldly.

All four Titans smiled.

"We came for the boy who destroyed the Soul Organization."

Rien stepped forward calmly, standing slightly in front of Miss Yin.

"That would be me," he said.

"The name is Rien Kinohutsu."

The Titans stared at him with dangerous eyes.

"You are the one responsible for the destruction of the Soul System."

Rien smiled faintly.

Then suddenly—

He walked directly toward the Titan.

Before anyone could react—

His hand shot forward.

He grabbed the Titan by the throat.

"Don't look into my eyes when you speak to me."

The next second—

The Titan vanished.

Erased from existence as if he had never been there.

The remaining three Titans instantly released their cosmic energy.

A violent storm exploded across the entire clan territory. The sky darkened as space trembled violently.

Rien sighed softly.

"Calm down… cats."

His presence spread outward.

Instantly—

Their cosmic energy disappeared.

Completely nullified.

The three Titans stared at him in disbelief.

"You dare challenge the Titan Realm?" one of them growled.

"They will kill you."

Rien smiled.

"You've talked long enough for someone whose life is about to end."

Before the Titan could react—

Rien's mere presence crushed his body.

It exploded into nothingness.

The third Titan stepped back in horror.

"You… you killed them!"

He immediately drew his sword and rushed forward.

Rien calmly walked toward him.

The sword struck—

But stopped in mid-air.

It couldn't reach him.

An invisible force blocked it.

"You can't touch me," Rien said calmly.

"To touch me… you must first break the Absolute."

The Titan desperately tried to strike again and again.

But every attack stopped in the air.

His arms trembled from exhaustion.

"Is this… some kind of invisible shield?" he said, breathing heavily.

Rien smiled.

Then grabbed his head.

The next moment—

Space distorted.

Both of them vanished.

They appeared in the middle of endless space.

Stars stretched infinitely in every direction.

Rien threw the Titan forward like a stone.

"Let's conduct an experiment."

The Titan shot through space at terrifying speed.

"Don't worry," Rien continued calmly.

"You will keep moving at that exact speed forever… until someone stops you."

Rien watched him disappear into the endless void.

"But that will probably never happen."

Then Rien teleported back to the clan.

Only one Titan remained.

A woman.

Rien looked at her with mild curiosity.

"A female Titan?"

He shrugged slightly.

"Go back to the Titan Realm."

"Tell them to stay silent… or they will pay the price."

The Titan woman immediately nodded.

Then vanished without another word.

Miss Yin sighed quietly.

"Perhaps another war is coming."

She slowly walked back toward the clan hall.

Rien smiled faintly.

"I'll handle them."

Lan Xia nodded confidently.

"Then we should leave for the Holy Trials tomorrow. We must ensure the safety of our people first."

Rien nodded.

"I'll take a walk through the capital."

He turned and walked away.

Kuto looked around awkwardly.

"So… what am I supposed to do?"

Lan Xia glanced back at him.

"Stay quiet."

Then she left.

Kuto pouted angrily.

"Why do these things always happen to me?"

Meanwhile…

In the Titan Realm.

Gigantic thrones stood within a vast cosmic hall.

Powerful beings sat upon them.

The Titan woman suddenly appeared and immediately dropped to her knees.

One of the men spoke.

"Where is his head?"

His voice was heavy with terrifying power.

"I–I'm sorry, my lord," she said nervously.

"That boy… was unbelievably powerful. His presence felt completely empty… as if he didn't exist at all. And his physical strength… was terrifying."

The man crushed the arm of his throne with one hand.

Stone shattered across the hall.

"No one insults the Titan Realm… and survives."

His eyes burned with rage.

Later that night.

Inside the clan palace baths.

Steam filled the large bathing hall.

Kuto stretched comfortably in the hot water.

"Ahhh… this feels amazing."

Rien stared at him blankly.

"It's just water."

Kuto laughed.

"You really don't understand anything, Rien." The bathhouse door slid open quietly.

One of the attendants stepped inside, keeping her head respectfully lowered. In her hands were neatly folded clothes.

"My Lord, your clothes," she said softly before placing them on a wooden table beside the bath.

Without waiting for a response, the woman bowed slightly and left the room.

The door closed with a soft click.

For a moment, silence filled the bath.

Kuto slowly turned his head toward Rien with a mischievous grin.

"Well… look at that," he said, raising an eyebrow. "You even have people bringing you clothes now. Life of a lord really suits you."

Rien glanced at the folded clothes, then looked back at Kuto with his usual calm expression.

"It's normal," he replied flatly.

Kuto stared at him for a moment.

Then he splashed the water lightly in frustration.

"You really are the most boring person I've ever met," Kuto said, shaking his head dramatically.

Rien simply leaned back against the edge of the bath, completely unfazed.

"It's still just water."

Kuto sighed loudly.

"You seriously don't understand how to enjoy life."

Rien looked at him for a second before closing his eyes calmly.

Kuto could only stare at him in disbelief.

"Unbelievable…"
