Chapter 21 - Wealthy

Inside the Tian Clan, Tian Master stood at the doorway with Miss Yin, Lan, several disciples, and his seven wives.

"What's happening here?" Kuto said lazily as he walked out beside Rien, stretching his arms above his head like he had just woken up from a nap.

Tian Master turned back toward them with a bright smile.

"Today, the Shuan Clan Master is visiting us. Since Rien defeated the Beast Master, he was very eager to meet us and discuss our plan to destroy the Soul Organization."

His eyes sparkled with excitement.

Rien looked at him blankly. Not even a hint of emotion appeared on his face.

"A clan master?" Kuto scoffed, rolling his eyes. "What's so special about him?"

Lan Xia crossed her arms and glanced at Kuto like he was an idiot.

"He is the wealthiest person across the Five Empires."

Rien slowly looked forward.

"Wealthy…" he said calmly. "That's interesting."

At that moment, a royal aircraft descended from the sky.

It was massive—far larger than Miss Yin's aircraft—its surface covered in shining crystals and embedded with precious stones that reflected light like a moving galaxy.

Kuto whistled.

"That thing is shining way too much," he said, clearly impressed.

The Shuan Master stepped out, wearing extravagant jewelry and an elegant, expensive hanfu that screamed money.

"It's my pleasure to welcome you to our clan, Shuan Master," Tian Master said respectfully.

The Shuan Master smiled back, though arrogance dripped from his voice.

"I am also pleased to be here."

Kuto walked closer to the aircraft and lightly touched it.

"…This really looks expensive," he muttered.

Then he turned around. "So, how much does it cost?"

The Shuan Master smiled confidently.

"1.7 million Shuanian coins."

Lan Xia's eyes widened.

"T-that's more than half the wealth of the Xia Clan…"

Miss Yin maintained a professional smile.

"I am glad to see you, Shuan Master," she said calmly—then glanced at Rien and subtly copied his composed posture.

Kuto blinked and leaned toward Rien.

"So… how much is 1.7 million Shuanian coins?"

Rien smiled faintly.

"In simple terms? Around two thousand six hundred seventy-two trillion dollars."

Kuto froze.

"…That's enough to buy the entire Asian continent."

Kuto's eyes nearly popped out of his skull. He immediately pulled his hand back.

"That costs more than all of humanity combined!"

He wiped his hand nervously. "I almost dirtied it…"

As Tian Master guided everyone inside, Kuto stayed glued to Rien's side.

"How does someone even get that rich?" he whispered.

Rien walked calmly, his hands behind his back.

"It's normal. Currency value differs across universes. You're from Earth—125th ranked universe in cosmic power."

Kuto frowned.

"…You're talking about the planet, right?"

Rien glanced at him.

"No. Your entire universe."

Kuto stopped walking.

"…I need a moment."

Inside the guest hall, everyone took their seats.

"Shall we begin discussing the Soul Organization?" Tian Master asked.

The Shuan Master nodded seriously.

"Now that the Beast Emperor is gone, we can proceed. But there are still major threats. The death of the Fifth Strongest Being has destabilized this universe."

He paused.

"And the masters of the Eleventh Dimension… four of them existed even before our clans were created. Each one surpasses the Beast Master."

Miss Yin nodded.

"We'll need more clans on our side to stand against the Soul Organization."

The Shuan Master ignored her and looked directly at Tian Master.

"We need only powerful and experienced clan leaders."

Then he smirked and glanced at Miss Yin.

"We should remove weak clans from the plan. Starting with the Xia Clan."

The temperature in the room dropped.

Miss Yin's eyes sharpened.

"You should watch your words, Shuan Master."

He laughed arrogantly.

"You truly believe your clan can stand against the Soul Organization—and those four monsters?"

He released his cosmic energy violently.

But—

It didn't even reach Miss Yin.

"You should remember your limits," Rien said calmly.

In an instant, Rien's cosmic presence unfolded.

The Shuan Master's energy was erased at the source, like a candle blown out by a god.

"You think your clan can stand with us?" the Shuan Master laughed—

and instantly collapsed to his knees.

"My energy—!"

He struggled. "It's disappearing!"

Rien stood up.

The mere existence of his presence crushed the space around them.

Across the outer layers of the Omniverse, cosmic laws fractured.

Entire clusters of universes trembled.

Infinite spheres of reality began collapsing into silence.

Rien walked forward and stood beside Miss Yin, his voice cold and absolute.

"You're lucky," he said quietly,

"that you are still alive."

Miss Yin grabbed his hand firmly.

"Rien. Stop."

He looked at her.

The collapsing omniversal pressure instantly vanished—as if it never existed.

"…My apologies," Rien said calmly. "It seems I overreacted."

Miss Yin crossed her arms.

"Go. Sit."

Rien nodded and returned to his seat.

The Shuan Master collapsed forward, gasping, drenched in sweat.

Miss Yin looked down at him.

"I hope you're prepared to cooperate now."

"I—yes," he said quickly, avoiding Rien's gaze.

"I am ready, Miss Yin."

Tian Master clapped his hands.

"Then it's settled. We'll gather the strongest clans and prepare for battle. Time is not on our side."

Everyone nodded with determination—

Except Rien, who stared at the Shuan Master for a moment longer…

Then calmly looked back at Miss Yin.

Kuto was still completely confused. He tilted his head slightly and looked at Lan Xia with genuine curiosity.

"Hey… how much money does the entire Xia Clan actually have?" he asked casually, as if he were asking about the weather.

Lan Xia stopped walking for half a second and slowly turned to look at him, her eyes sharp.

"Why do you want to know that?" she snapped aggressively, crossing her arms.

Kuto blinked, then smiled sweetly—way too sweetly.

"Well," he said lightly, placing his hands behind his head, "I'm just a little curious. I mean, it's kind of an important question when it comes to our future, don't you think?"

Lan Xia froze.

Her cheeks instantly turned red, the color spreading all the way to her ears. She quickly looked away, clearly flustered.

"Y-You're an idiot!" she shouted, embarrassed and angry at the same time.

Without saying another word, she turned sharply and started walking away, pretending to be very serious and focused, even though her steps were a little too fast.

Kuto raised an eyebrow and followed her immediately, sticking close behind her like a loyal—and extremely annoying—pet.

"Hey! Why are you ignoring me?" he said, leaning forward slightly to catch her expression. "I was just asking a normal question!"

Lan Xia clenched her fists and walked even faster.

"Stop talking!"

Kuto grinned wider.

"Wow, so defensive. Does that mean the Xia Clan is really rich?"

"Shut up!"

Kuto laughed softly and kept following her without any intention of stopping.

"You know," he added teasingly, "you get cute when you're angry."

Lan Xia almost tripped.
