A horrifying vision unfolds.
Yukanda City lies in complete ruin.
Blood stains every street, every corner. Corpses are scattered everywhere—there is no sign of life left.
Standing amid the devastation, Akuma laughs loudly, as if the destruction before him is a source of pleasure.
Suddenly, the scene shifts into a flashback.
It was night.
Akuma and Taichi's attacks collided with terrifying force. Each impact shook the city, making it feel as if nothing would survive. The air itself trembled.
Out of nowhere, a mysterious figure descended from the sky, desperately trying to stop their attacks.
But he failed.
Fear overtook him, and he fled.
Akuma's rage ignited. He tried to chase the mysterious person, but the figure had already gone far beyond his reach. Enraged, Akuma unleashed all of his power onto Yukanda City itself, destroying everything in sight.
He smiled—happy like a true demon.
Then, suddenly, faint memories surfaced in his mind.
A sharp pain pierced his head.
The flashback ends.
Back in the present, Akuma walks over the lifeless bodies scattered across the ground.
From a distance, his leader watches the ruined city with satisfaction, clearly pleased by the destruction.
For a moment, both of them silently observe the city—
Akuma staring coldly at the people who are now at the edge of death.
Night falls.
Under the dark sky, the leader's face twists into a creepy smile.
Then morning arrives.
The scene shifts to the city's mayor, Max.
He is speaking with a subordinate.
"What should we do now? Should we help the citizens?"
The man shrugs and replies indifferently,
"I only care about myself. Do whatever you want."
Elsewhere in the city, Akuma is asleep.
Even in his sleep, he mutters strange and unsettling words.
One girl from his group overhears him. Fear overwhelms her, and she runs away.
Suddenly, massive sun-like orbs crash down from the sky, launching another devastating attack on the city.
Max arrives at the scene, half of his face badly burned.
For a brief moment, he feels a strange sense of familiarity—like someone dear to him is nearby.
But he shakes it off.
"It's just my imagination," he mutters.
"If anyone from them were still alive, we wouldn't be alive either."
Far away, in a serene and beautiful place, a mysterious and beautiful girl sits quietly.
She holds a pen and writes a letter.
As she finishes writing, a powerful barrier forms around Yukanda City.
The letter reads:
"You have spilled enough blood.
No more innocent lives shall be taken."
A panicked man tries to escape the city, but the barrier blocks his path.
Max shouts angrily,
"Whoever did this—show yourself!"
From the shadows, Akuma's leader steps forward, now wearing a mask.
Max demands,
"Who are you? What are you doing here?"
The leader replies coldly,
"You are not worthy of knowing my identity."
Enraged, Max says,
"I tried to solve this with love and reason.
If you want to settle this through violence—then prepare yourself!"
The battle begins.
Meanwhile, Akuma dreams of a woman.
She looks at him and says softly,
"I knew this would happen."
The dream shatters.
Akuma's eyes snap open.
He senses multiple powerful auras nearby and begins laughing like a demon once again.
But suddenly—
his head aches violently.
Memories return.
He remembers a girl he deeply cared for.
Her voice echoes in his mind:
"Never become someone who ends up completely alone.
There is nothing worse in this world than solitude."
She fades away.
Akuma rushes outside, searching for her—
but instead, he hears her screams.
In an instant, everything comes back to him.
His family being burned alive.
The killers wearing masks.
Overcome with rage, Akuma steps out and sees his leader and Max fighting.
At the same time, the girl who created the barrier watches from afar and whispers:
"Is that really him?
No… this can't be him.
I must kill him, or our king's entire plan will fail."
She prepares to attack—
But suddenly, only her scream echoes through the air.
Max and the leader continue their brutal battle, causing massive destruction across the city.
Akuma's headache finally stops.
He senses the presence of the mysterious person and immediately chases after him with killing intent.
No civilians remain alive.
Blood covers the streets.
And drawn by the scent of blood,
a giant monster begins moving toward the ruined city…
When the monster took its first breath, the balance of the world collapsed.
The air grew heavy, soaked in blood and despair.
Akuma did not look back.
There was no hesitation in his eyes—only a path carved by loss, rage, and fate.
Whatever remained of Yukanda was about to be swallowed whole.
And this time… Akuma would not stop.
Discover the truth in the next chapter.
