Tara was completely shocked. She looked at Prabhas as he left and then at Nidhi. She was not the only one; everyone was surprised to see how Nidhi had given Prabhas a strong reply.
"Wow…!!" Neel blurted out, but Nidhi's eyes still showed no expression. She spoke calmly, "We were discussing the sleeves you designed. The cut should start from here. Change it like this." Tara was so distracted that she could barely focus. She was amazed by Nidhi's command and wished she could be as confident as her.
"Did you understand?" Nidhi asked while looking at her.
Tara quickly came back to her senses. "Yes… yes, I will change it right away," she said and left with her drawings. Neel then walked toward Nidhi and gave her a thumbs-up. "Ma'am, you are truly brilliant. I have been working here for almost a year, but I have never seen something like this happen in this office," he said happily. "Finally, someone who can stand up to Prabhas."
"Am I his equal?" Nidhi asked.
