Hello dear friends, and thank you for making it this far.This is my first experience as an author, and I hope this strange—very strange—story is entertaining you at least as much as it does me.
This project was born from the need for something new, something that could step away from the overused clichés of today's stories. The idea was to write something spontaneous, something written calmly, slowly, and with heart.
I know that many things are still unclear, but I assure you that those of you who have the patience to follow me will find answers to your questions. All I ask is a little patience.
In some ways, the story is slow; in others, it's full and fast-paced."What would I do if I really found myself living this kind of adventure?"That's the question I ask myself every day to decide what to tell and how to tell it.
Violet's journey is a journey of self-discovery, of facing the world on equal footing, not from a position of privilege. I wanted to write a story the way they used to be written—where you have to struggle, get your hands dirty, and eat dust to reach your goals; where things are not as easy as they seem, and where people are real and wonderful precisely because of their flaws.
In short, I wanted to tell a true story.
