Chapter 6 - chapter 6: Nazarick 1

Chapter 6 : Nazarick 1

--

In front of Victor stood the guild base of Ainz Ooal Gown, the great tomb of Nazarick, in all its glory.

The Great Tomb of Nazarick was one of the strongest guild in all of Yggdrasil.

In the original work, Ainz Ooal Gown was the 9th strongest guild in the whole of Yggdrasil, but after the other members of the guild slowly lost interest in the game and got busy with their lives, the guild lost its 9th strongest position.

Suzuki Sataru, or Momonga, tried his best to keep the position of the guild, but there was so much he could do alone, and Ainz Oowl Gown, the 9th strongest, became the 29th strongest.

--

But here, after Victor joined, they had the power of money and admins on their side, making them the strongest guild.

Even after everyone left and he was the only one who was daily active, the guild never lost its position as the strongest.

Even if any guild tried to surpass Ainz Ooal Gown, Victor had his trusted ally, money, on his side.

When money was not enough, he would just order some broken ability, skill, item, or NPC from the devs.

He didn't believe in fair play after all.

And his future also depended on getting strong in the game, so no way he was going to be honorable.

--

Victor looked around and muttered to himself, "Looks like the structure outside of Nazarick also got teleported, not that I am going to complain."

In the original, only the tomb had been Isekaied to the new world.

But Friday his trusted companion had teleported the walls and the outpost with the tomb.

Looking around at his handiwork, he was honestly impressed.

--

The tomb was protected by 2 layers of walls.

The first layer had 4 watchtowers on every Corner of the wall that could automatically cast spells when they determined that the upcoming person or group of living beings was a threat unless it was de activated.

The watchtowers could cast spells up to the 3rd tier depending on how strong the enemies were, but for more than 4 people, it would cast only 3rd-tier spells.

It's only weakness was that it could only cast spells outside of the wall it could not shot near or inside the walls.

It had magically enchanted wall that could tank up to tier 6 spells.

A heavy metallic iron gate was the only way to get in unless you could jump over a 13-meter wall, of course.

Even if someone got in, they would have to get through low-level undead like skeletons and zombies.

--

The second layer wall was the main defense to keep intruders out.

Unlike the first layers of walls, this layer had 6 automatic towers, of which 4 on every corner could and will only shoot up to 4th-tier spells.

The other 2 could shoot 5th-tier spells.

The second layer was protected by higher-level undead of level 25-40.

Unlike the first wall, this one had an open gate as if challenging anyone to try their luck to get in.

--

Inside this layer was the great tomb of Nazarick.

Victor was inside this layer, looking pleased with his creation.

In Yggdrasil, any high-level player could easily get past this defense.

And Victor intended this.

'What is the fun if the invaders can't even get inside the main party hall?' he thought.
