Chapter 11 - Chapter 11 - Fight Part 1

Ma Yuanze - Artoria(3 sr/sb hg)

Ma Yuanyun - Liang Yue(5 sr)

Ma Yuanliang - Liang Ya(4 sr)

Ma Yuanyao - Milf #1(mortal)

Ma Yuanxuan - Milf #2(mortal)

Ma Yuanmin - Milf #2(mortal)

The children I had were now about 2 months old while the son I had with Artoria was just born. Sadly, without a year we wouldn't know if any of the children held spiritual roots.

I had already made Ma Yuanze as the new Clan Head or Sect Master if I create one in the future. But, given Artoria being Artoria. Our son probably wouldn't want to live a passive life and instead desire to go off into the world.

The resources that the family could give was limited for now and for the future.

A dragon can't be restrained by a shallow lake. Even Artoria only stayed by my side instead of going out and exploring the world. For one, she loved me and two even she knew that the world was dangerous. Even if I could summon her into the waifu storage in time before anything happened.

I couldn't leave unless my strength greatly improved.

===

Stepping into the Immortal City I couldn't help but glance around slightly. Of course, I didn't even try to hide our cultivation otherwise some people would get think too much. To make ourselvee look more like some fat sheep, Artoria wore her armor and had 2 storage bags hanging by her side.

"Welcome~ Welcome, is it your first time in the Marketplace?" An older man asked with a kind smile. In front of him stood a stall, and a wide variety of items were laid on it. Mainly some talismans of low grade and 2 medium grade ones.

"Yes, we cultivated in the mortal world for a bit and decided to arrive here once our resources ran out" I stated with a sigh as I glanced down at the talismans. For now the Ma family didn't have any cultivators old enough to even begin attempting to learn one of the Hundred Arts.

Each one could be a Profession of its own and many were divided into countless sub-professions. Because of this buying some talismans would naturally be great for the martial artists I would bring.

Maybe with enough training and talismans. Even an Second or Third layer Qi Refinement realm cultivator could be killed by a dozen martial artists wielding talismans.

"How much for the this stack of fire ball talismans?" I asked curiously as I pointed at a stack of 20.

"1 low grade spirirual stone" And with that I spent 3 spiritual stones buying 20 fire ball, 20 light body, and 20 golden shield talismans. Some were a bit lower grade but given that I could buy 20 I didn't bother to haggle.

This was also to put up an act.

Wandering around the marketplace with Artoria I decisively sold 2 lower grade storage bags and obtained 600 spirit stones.

Looks like even in this world storage bags were worth a lot of money. With this newfound wealth I decided to buy a better Five Element cultivation technique.

Sadly, buying one that pointed to the Foundation Establishment realm were rare and from the looks of it only appeared in auctions.

"What do you wanna buy Artoria? Most of things I want are either not available or we have to leave and explore elsewhere"

Artoria glanced at me and pondered. In the end she dragged me to a restaurant and I ended up spending a dozen spirit stones buying and eating middle stage demon beast meat. As well as spiritual wine and fruits.

"Hmmm~ The food is soo good" Artoria nearly moaned as she devoured plate after plate of food. Watching her stuff herself I couldn't help but chuckle.

"Honestly, you didn't eat as much when you were pregnant and now your eating mountains of food!" I let go and decided to just accompany this devouring dragon.

Of course, I ate much less then she could. In the end after an hour of eating and talking. Making plans for the future.

We left and decided to see if a big fish decided to bite.

===

Young Master Yu Lejun watched as a couple left the restaurant and he grinned. Although the poison they placed on the food was merely low grade. It was still enough to allow him and his group to attack and steal the treasures of this couple.

His informant had said that these two carried at the very least 700 spirit stones and even more. Given the fact that they openly showed off 4 storage bags and sold 2.

"Hurry up and tell Ancestor Yu that this is a big sheep. Nearly 3000 in spirit stones! Plus whatever else they have in their storage bags" Of course, he wasn't stupid enough to go alone. He first let his Ancestor Yu follow along and if anything too dangerous happened...

Then Ancestor Yu even as an old cultivator, he was still a Foundation Establishment realm cultivator. Although with only tens of years of lifespan left. It was enough to rob and then cultivate a second Foundation Establishment cultivator.

"Yes Young Master Yu!" An old man bowed and quickly stepped out of the restaurant. With simple steps he quickly vanished and sped off towards where the Old Ancestor resided.

Meanwhile, Young Master Yu brought a group of cultivators and quickly left the Immortal Marketplace.

They had done this countless time and thus no one noticed anything abnormal with a few cultivaors leaving the city.

===

Young Master Yu tapped his storage bag and took out a Top grade magical artifact. The [Flaming Divine Sword], it belonged to his Great Ancestor but due to him staying at home and guarding the spirirual vein. It was given to him to enhance his strength and gather resources.

Even if a Foundation Establishment could live for a considerable amount of time. Once you take too many longevity elixirs and your lifespan can't be extended anymore. It means that your time was up.

"Hahaha! These two fat sheep must have quite a bit of resources" A servant stated as he also took out a high grade magical artifact.

A dozen or so cultivators from the Peak of the Early stage to the Mid stage and even 3 Late stage cultivators were gathered from the Yu Family. And from its varioius subordinate family's.

Chasing after the two sheep led them far away from the Immortal Marketplace yet no one thought it was a trap. With the Old Ancestor soon to join them, the more time that passes the better.

He wasn't an idiot after all. He had planned countless times against loose cultivators and it was because some of them fought back and made them hurt...

They brought quite a few trump cards just in case.

"It's time. That brat must have used quite a large amount of spiririal energy! He probably doesn't have much more. Set up the formations and get ready" Young master Yu stated calmly as he quickly sped up his own flying boat and began preparing to ambush the two fat sheep.

With the resources that could be looted if it was high enough then maybe he could glimpse the Foundation Establishment realm! His Old Ancestor was already preparing to nurture him with all his might.

The Yu family just needed a little bit more resources and then they could buy a Foundation Establishment object. And a few other medicinal pills to protect his body and foundation.

A few formations were laid down in the space where the flying boat would most likely pass through. Because the Yu family has done this before they had naturally invested some resources into these formations.

Sadly, the Inmortal Marketplace didn't have a single Second Order Formation Master. Because of this they could only buy and create First Order Middle grade to High grade formations.

Second Order formations, even low grade ones cost a fortune. Something that the current Yu family could not afford.

Some weak cultivators were already holding onto some talismans ready to blast the flying boat into pieces. Or at least break the shield formation.

"Hahaha, looks like everything is going according to plan"

A voice laughed as he stepped out of the flying boat. Next to him was a beautiful yet petite women holding onto a powerful medium grade magical artifact - Excalibur.

Wearing some impressive knight armor she stood behind the laughing man expressionless.
