A large swarm of "Pterosaur Drones" whizzed toward the dark opening in the distance.
Actually, calling that black area an "opening" was inaccurate. The massive black hole spread on the ground, over 200 meters in diameter, comparable to a medium-sized stadium.
From the outside, it looked pitch black, like an ever-expanding bottomless abyss. It was terrifying.
Fortunately, the black abyss was just a surface appearance.
Once the drones flew into it, the feed brightened slightly.
Although it was still smoky and filled with shattered debris, the visibility inside was decent.
"Hakimi, spread the drones out. Find Cap and the others, or The Spot's main body."
At Luca's command, the AI-controlled drones scattered like a swarm of bees.
Inside the cockpit, the virtual screen in front of Luca split into dozens of real-time feeds from different angles.
Well, for Luca, these feeds were mostly for show. The main searching and analysis were handled by Haro.

The environment inside the black hole matched JARVIS's earlier scan.
In the vast white space, countless debris torn from New York streets floated or piled up.
Reinforced concrete, car fragments, and neon signs formed a bizarre, broken maze. Dust filled the air, like ruins after an apocalypse.
"Initiating wide-area scan. Targets: Steve Rogers, Natasha Romanoff, Bruce Banner, Harry Osborn, Gwen Stacy... Marking thermal and voice signatures."
Hakimi's voice was calm and orderly.
In this dusty environment, optical sensors were limited, so multi-modal detection was necessary.
Maybe because there were enough drones, or maybe it was just luck.
Moments later, Hakimi reported back.
"Anomaly detected on screens 3 and 7 (Right)! High-frequency metal impact and roaring sounds!"
The report immediately drew the attention of Luca and Tony.
Tony didn't care whose AI it was. His voice came through the comm channel, ordering directly.
"Enlarge feed from Drone 7!"
Luca and Tony's screens focused on the feed from a drone flying low.
On a floating "island" formed by collapsed skyscrapers, a fierce battle was raging.
However, it was different from what they expected.
The combatants on this floating island weren't the Avengers fighting villains.
It was a full-blown civil war among the Avengers!
Yes! Civil War!
Captain America, Black Widow, Hulk, Venom, Ghost-Spider!
The five of them were gathered on this debris island, fighting a free-for-all deathmatch. No one was holding back.
It was a fight to the death.
Just from what was visible on the screen:
Venom Harry, with hands transformed into giant blades like the Prototype protagonist, charged at the dominant Hulk, slashing wildly and leaving bloody gashes on Hulk's back.
Hulk, under attack, ripped the webbing off his face, grabbed Spider-Gwen, and threw her dozens of meters away.
Then he turned and punched Venom Harry, sending him flying.
Judging by the exploding symbiote goo on Harry's body, Hulk held nothing back.
However, as Harry crashed into a billboard, he wasn't greeted by help from teammates.
Instead, Steve Rogers stepped up and smashed his shield into Harry's head.
CLANG.
But as Cap attacked Harry, Natasha, who had been fighting him, didn't pause.
Seizing the opening, she closed in.
Legs wrapped around Steve's waist, she climbed onto his back and unleashed the Widow's Bite at full power.
Blue electricity coursed through Steve's body instantly, making him convulse wildly.
"This? What the hell is happening?"
Watching the scene, Luca and Tony were dumbfounded.
If Hulk went berserk and the team tried to stop him, they could understand.
But right now, the five were clearly fighting everyone else. It looked like...
"Mind Control!" x2
After a moment of shock, Luca and Tony spoke in unison.
Without wasting time on planning, Tony blasted his thrusters and dove into the black hole at top speed.
They had to stop this infighting fast. Otherwise, a berserk Hulk might kill Cap and the others.
Actually, if it were just the others fighting, Luca could have ordered the drones to fire EMP stun rounds to knock them out.
But Luca knew EMP rounds wouldn't work on Hulk.
If everyone else was knocked out, Hulk would turn them into pancakes with one punch each.
"Hakimi, keep half the drones searching for The Spot. Send the other half to support Cap's location. Control the intensity. Target whoever is winning. Don't let anyone die!"
After the order, Luca looked at Tony, who had charged headfirst into the black hole.
Cursing under his breath, he piloted the [Boxer Mech] and followed him in.
However, in his haste, Luca overlooked something.
The gravity inside the white space was weird. That island and the debris floated, but many other objects seemed under normal gravity and stayed on the "ground."
Tony's Veronica could fly, which was fine. But the [Boxer], a giant clunky ground unit, crashed onto the "ground" as soon as it entered. It couldn't reach the floating island.
Damn it! I'm building those Solar Furnaces as soon as I get back!
Luca cursed internally, but for now, he could only send Erha and Fifth Haro up to help.
However, before the battle on the island reached a conclusion, Luca, stuck on the ground, noticed something.
On the virtual screen inside his cockpit, the orange Haro avatar popped up excitedly. Without speaking, it grabbed a feed from the corner like it was a physical object, dragged it to the center, and enlarged it.
Then it looked at Luca as if asking for praise.
The screen showed a naked, pale white man, hunched over, tiptoeing away from the [Boxer Mech]!
