Chapter 91 - Chapter 93: You Are Not the Only One

Seeing that at this point, Gwen was still struggling over whether to expose her identity as a visitor from another world...

Luca decisively answered for her.

"Okay, I know you don't mind!"

After speaking, he directly pulled out his phone, preparing to contact external support.

That's right, in this situation where his ass was about to catch fire, Luca's only thought was to unleash the surefire tactic against villains: the Grand Reporting Technique!

However, Luca didn't plan to follow his original idea of cursing at the sky to try summoning the Ancient One.

Not that he was afraid of getting beaten up at this point.

Mainly, if it were purely about resolving Gwen's identity as a parallel timeline visitor, then the Ancient One would be the perfect professional.

But now that Hydra was involved, and he risked exposing his home base at any time, a great deity like the Ancient One wouldn't bother with such trivial matters as earthlings fighting amongst themselves.

Then who to contact became obvious.

"Dunshan, I need you to come over. Drive here, and bring Haro for me."

Hmm, not this one.

After briefing Dunshan simply, Luca dialed again. This time was the real external support he wanted to contact.

"Hello? Mr. Stark, I have a small matter here that might need your help..."

Downstairs at Stark Tower... well, perhaps it should be called Avengers Tower now.

Although repairs and renovations were still ongoing, the conspicuous LOGO on the roof had been changed to a capital "A."

Watching the Iron Man suit slowly descend from the sky with ion flames jetting from its hands and feet, not to mention others, even Luca was a bit confused at this moment.

"Wait, fully armed already?"

Before the three of them could speak first, Tony Stark's slightly distorted voice came from the suit.

"Soccer Kid, is this the visitor from a parallel world you mentioned?"

The suit's vision swept over Gwen standing behind Luca, unsure if anything was analyzed, then continued.

"Let's go upstairs first."

Saying this, Tony Stark walked towards the elevator inside the building on his own.

To be honest, apart from that phone call in the car just now, Luca and Tony Stark hadn't had any serious communication.

His current crisp attitude actually made Luca breathe a sigh of relief.

If Iron Man really treated him like he treated Spidey in the future, Luca would have felt a bit awkward instead.

However, turning back to look at Gwen beside him, her eyes were clearly asking:

Is this the enthusiastic help you mentioned?

Luca, holding Haro in his arms, could only shrug slightly upon seeing this and followed quickly.

However, upon arriving at the top floor of Avengers Tower, even Luca, who was relatively calm just now, looked bitter.

Not because he saw Tony Stark's main body still in this room and felt slighted that he met them via remote-controlled suit.

But besides Tony Stark, Bruce Banner and Thor were also here.

Luca said with a bitter face: "Mr. Stark... is this what you meant by no outsiders?"

The reason he brought Gwen here openly instead of returning home was because Tony had said earlier that there were no outsiders here.

Thinking he needed help and couldn't hide his identity, he came without any disguise.

Who knew, the private meeting he imagined turned directly into an Avengers meet-and-greet...

Fortunately, S.H.I.E.L.D. people aren't here... and fortunately, I didn't reveal Hydra's existence on the phone.

Actually, Thor alone was fine. Although he was a bit carefree, he was an alien after all and probably wouldn't have contact with Hydra.

But Bruce Banner, as one of the only two scientific geniuses in the Avengers now, inevitably had interactions with S.H.I.E.L.D.

Stark hasn't notified S.H.I.E.L.D. already, right? That's no different from telling Hydra...

Thinking of this, Luca decided not to explain Hydra's existence in detail.

Leaving aside his possibly ambiguous relationship with Hydra...

Pointing out Hydra directly might lead to crazy retaliation from them.

But if he just unintentionally disrupted one of their operations and purely pointed out one of their bases, there would be room for maneuver later.

However, Tony Stark's next sentence almost disrupted Luca's train of thought again.

Tony casually put aside the tablet in his hand, looked at Luca who seemed conflicted, and said.

"In fact, what you told me on the phone just now, I suspect relates to something we are investigating. So, Dr. Banner and the others might know a bit more than you imagine."

Saying this, Tony spread his hands with a helpless wry smile on his face.

"But before that, I still hope, um, this Miss Gwen can prove her identity."

After speaking, along with Banner and Thor, the three stared at Gwen beside Luca.

Obviously, they were all curious about what was magical about the so-called visitor from another world.

Leaving aside Gwen, who was full of question marks thinking about how to prove herself, Luca grasped the key point immediately and asked again.

"You mean, you are investigating this matter? Referring to parallel timeline visitors, or that mysterious organization occupying Kingpin's laboratory?"

Who knew, just as Luca finished asking, Gwen beside him seemed to have a screw loose.

She jumped up directly, whoosh, onto the ceiling.

Crawling on it with hands and feet like a big spider, looking down at everyone.

"What the...?" This was Dr. Banner with his mouth open in an 'O' shape.

"This should prove it, right?" Hmm, this was Gwen.

However, seeing this scene, although Tony was equally surprised, he shook his head again.

"Actually, it doesn't really, after all..."

But before he could finish, the impatient Luca reached behind Shamila, took down the long bag, pulled out a huge mechanical spider leg, and threw it on the ground.

"This should do it. According to Gwen, this should be future technology from 3145. I think with your technology, it should be easy to verify its authenticity."

"Alright, now back to the topic earlier. What exactly are you investigating?"

Seeing this, Tony and the other two looked at each other, wondering why this seemingly gentle boy Luca was so impatient.

Thor was fine; even earth's technology a thousand years later didn't seem like much to him.

Dr. Banner went forward excitedly to examine the "spider leg."

Only Tony Stark, after pausing for a moment, spoke the answer.

"In fact, based on our investigation and speculation, this Miss Gwen might not be the only visitor from another world!"
