Chapter 8 - {The Cracks and Mirrors}[1-8c]

Not all Creations live in isolation. Between the veils that separate them, unstable zones pulsed, where biological matter and natural laws flirted with fusion.

In these rare and instinctive regions, the Triad discovered a phenomenon that defied the limits of evolutionary reason: the Biocosmic Mirrors.

They were not portals as described in ancient myths. They were controlled fractures in the internal logic of Creations, generated from an extreme symbiotic convergence — where the biological, cognitive and energetic structures of two worlds aligned perfectly.

It was as if two cosmic cells had temporarily fused together through a colossal synapse.

These Mirrors could not be created by force. Only Level 10 Fruits and conscious Creations could bring about the ideal conditions for such a connection, which required balance, resonance, and near-total symbiotic compatibility.

When this occurred, the region formed a Biocosmic Node, a living bubble where matter from both sides coexisted without destroying each other—for brief moments.

To cross them, it was not enough to want to. The portal recognized you. It felt your body, your symbiotes, your memories. If your internal biology entered into dissonance with the laws of the opposing Creation, the Mirror closed like a wounded eyelid.

The Triad used these phenomena with caution. Biomagic Explorers and elite Biocultivators were trained to interact with these zones with extreme precision, using rituals, modified seeds and living mediators, such as the Dimensional Inoculation Cords — filament-beings sensitive to the risk of multiversal rejection.

On rare occasions, a Rift would spontaneously open. It was a warning. A call or a scream. Some Creations asked for help. Others offered trade. A few... were traps.

The archives of the Synaptic Order of Vermilion record the "Day of the Broken Mirror," when one of these rifts led to contact with a degenerate Creation marked by symbiotic entropy.

Only three survivors returned—all carrying fragments of incompatible physical laws, their bodies trembling under the pressure of a time that no longer belonged to them.

But other Mirrors brought blessings: alliances with fellow Creations, learnings, new life forms, and cognitive exchanges.

Eternavir recognized these events as inevitable cycles of convergence, signs that even the most self-sufficient Creations needed, at some level, to look beyond the sky itself.

And so, between the rifts and reflections, the Triad learned that reality is not a domain, but an organism. And like all organisms... it sometimes bleeds.
