Sharon Dalton couldn't be bothered with all that now. Since the words were already out in the open, her only choice was to cling to Timothy Sterling like a life raft. She believed he would never just stand by and watch her be sent to prison.
"Dad! It was her! It was that Rose White! She framed me, said I stole her bracelet, and now she wants to send me to prison!" Sharon Dalton continued, even though she could feel the anger radiating from Timothy Sterling. "Dad, I'm your daughter too! I'm a child of the Sterling family too. You won't just stand by and watch me get bullied, right?"
