"That's enough!" Miles Quinn said coolly before Ivy Vance could even answer. "You didn't come to school today to discuss topics completely unrelated to your studies, did you?"
"...Of course not," Chloe Grant replied instinctively, momentarily stunned.
"Well, that settles it then." Miles Quinn glanced at the red Audi behind them and teased, "Eldest Miss Grant, you should get in your car and go. Don't make your driver's life difficult by having him trail you like this."
"Don't mind him. I already told him he didn't need to bring me today. It's not like I'm going to some faraway film shoot." Chloe Grant didn't even glance back, taking another step closer to Miles Quinn. "Miles, you know this. I never wanted special treatment at school. It's just going to class, but having a chauffeur drop me off and pick me up every day makes me look like I'm putting on the airs of a pampered heiress."
