"Nacai's missing?"
Back at the villa, Zhou Yuanjue was slightly surprised to hear the news from Lu Ming.
"Well, not exactly missing. I heard he wanted some quiet time alone in his lounge. His assistant waited outside for an hour, but he never came out. When the assistant went to check, Nacai was gone. Can't reach him by phone, either. To protect the fighters' privacy, there are no security cameras inside the lounges or in the hallways, so nobody knows where he went."
Lu Ming said.
"I don't think he's missing. He was probably just crushed by the match," Li Qingxuan guessed, stroking her smooth chin. "I heard he'd never lost a single fight since his debut. It's a normal reaction for a kid who just came of age to want to hide away and be alone after a setback, right?"
"Very likely. With his strength, and inside a lounge at the Ji Po Jue Arena, what could possibly happen? He must have just slipped away on his own."
Lu Ming nodded in agreement.
