Lowell led the two of them through the staff entrance, glancing over his shoulder every so often as if on the lookout for thieves.
Aurora Sinclair looked back in confusion. There was no one behind them.
Jean Quincy whispered to her, "Darius Lynch is so famous, they're worried about obsessive fans..."
"Huh?"
"I'll explain when we get back!"
Aurora Sinclair nodded.
"Lawson, they're here—"
Lowell knocked on the dressing room door. It was opened quickly by a tall, middle-aged man who exuded a powerful aura.
He was Darius Lynch's ace manager, Byron Lawson.
"Come in—"
Byron Lawson wasn't a man of many words and seemed rather stern. This personality of his had once drawn criticism from Darius Lynch's fans, who worried he would attract bad press and make enemies for their idol.
