I screamed as I was being pulled, while I held on to a medium sized rock .
I don't want them to eat me alive.
Suddenly, I heard several crashes towards the creatures as I closed my eyes from the pain on my leg.
It hurts! My leg muscle feels like it's been torn.
My fingers hurt from holding on to the rock.
I opened my eyes just as Lion sliced the tentacle holding on my leg. The fire engulfed the rest of the creature, who shrieked in pain.
I can see Ghost and Sly attacking the other 2 creatures. Orm is hitting the eyes of the creatures with his crossbow, blinding them while Alpha tried to slice off the legs of the creatures.
It was fascinating to watch them as they moved in complete harmony in attacking the creatures.
The creatures gave a huge ear splitting shriek as Lion, with rage burning in his eyes, sliced off their heads in one, continuous stroke, engulfing their heads and body parts in purple colored flames, consumed by the fire until there was nothing left.
Everyone panted, as everything happened fast.
Too fast that they didn't yell or shouted while attacking the creatures. They moved silently, attacking without a sound, no hesitation in their movements.
I am so proud of them.
I looked down and saw my fingers bloodied, my arms and legs full of scrapes, cuts and bruises.
I'm alive.
Lion walked towards me and knelt in front of me with tears in his eyes.
He took my hands and kissed them slowly, every finger that was bloodied, the palms that was covered with scrapes and cuts.
He slowly pulled me towards him, embracing me as he nuzzled my cheek.

At the end, everyone took a bath together.
Lion somehow made them face the opposite direction which they obediently followed without complaint.
His tail held my shoulders as he washed me, putting ointment on my injuries.
He wrapped some bandages on my leg that was injured and kissed it.
My menstruation somehow mysteriously disappeared in which I silently rejoiced.
He embraced me tightly without a word, licking my neck as I can see relief flooded in his eyes.
Ghost broke the silence, telling everyone that we managed to kill a creature that was known to be fatal against non-magic creatures.
Sly added that not only one but three of them.
Everyone then started rejoicing.

Everyone left except Lion and me.
Our bodies are still submerged in the water as he continued to embrace me, apologizing for not returning immediately.
He slowly kissed my neck as tears fell down from his eyes.
He told me that when he heard me scream, his heart felt like it was being removed from his chest, as he hurriedly went back to the spot where he left me.
His embrace became tighter as he told me how terrified he was seeing me holding on to the rock. If he was a minute too late, I will be eaten alive.
He was thankful that he managed to arrive in time.
Yeah, me too. I'm glad to be alive.
I'm starting to feel a little heated when I saw blood in the water.
I rejoiced too soon.

We cuddled on the floor while the others are snoring. He kept giving me nuzzles on the neck as I'm starting to get sleepy.
We heard Ghost talking in his sleep and both of us laughed quietly.
After several minutes, Lion fell asleep. I looked at his face, realizing how lucky I was that I met him.

We continued on our journey in high spirits. I was looking outside the window when I noticed some pretty flurries of pink snow and to my delight, it began to snow gently.
We finally arrived in a town that was crowded that it was hard to find a place to park the carriage. Orm and I decided to go down first as Sly, Ghost, Alpha and Lion tried to find a place to park the carriage.
I told Orm that the snow looked so pretty falling down as I playfully threw the snow around me. Somehow, he has that yearning look again in his eyes.
Sigh.
He approached me slowly, smiling gently as he stood beside me.
I wish I could have met you first, he told me as he looked towards the sky.
What should I say?
I was contemplating on what to say when Sly, Ghost and Alpha went towards us.
Ghost told us that they finally found a place to park. He gave Orm a certain look.
All of us went to the place where Lion found accommodation for us. When we arrived, the innkeeper told us that the dance festival that is happening right now is being held at the main hall and that we should attend.
He added that there's free liquor and booze to anyone who attended.
Everyone except me perked up when they heard about the free liquor and booze.
Not again.
But this time, they do deserve it. So I laughed and told the innkeeper that we are going there right now.
The innkeeper whispered to my ear that the female creatures who participated in the dancing can earn a free night's stay at the inn and a couple of blue jewels.
Now THAT perked me up.
Let's go! I excitedly pulled Lion towards the main hall.
Everyone hurriedly went to the main hall in good spirits.

I don't think I can dance.
I peeked behind the curtain and saw so many creatures inside the hall. My legs started to shake.
And no, I am NOT dancing the belly dance here.
I told Lion that I have something to do and he just nodded at me while drinking on what seems to be his 5th bottle of liquor.
The pack aren't drunk yet though they are getting a little bit more cheerful than usual.
What should I do? What should I dance?
NO! I won't do the belly dance again! Although, a certain dance seems to come in mind.
Should I try it? Should I go for it?
The inn is quite fancy. I tried hyping myself up.
I can do it. I CAN DO IT!
Then I heard cheers from the crowd.
I cannot do it.
Suddenly I heard the host of the dance announcing that since they have so many good dancers, they are planning to increase the prize into 1 violet gem, along with free 3 nights stay at the inn.

Now it's my turn.
I was wearing a short, burgundy colored dress that has a plunging neckline and open back. Yes, I'm wearing undies and yes, my menstruation already stopped.
I can feel all eyes are on me as a creature placed a chair in front of me.
I can see Lion spurted out his drink on Ghost's face when he saw me while Sly and Orm stared at me open-mouthed. Alpha looked like he was staring at me a little too hard.
For the love of the violet jewel! And 3 nights stay at the fancy inn!

The music started as I closed my eyes, listening to the rhythm.
I slid onto the chair quietly and smoothly, my legs wrapping around the chair's legs.
With a seductive smile on my lips, I leaned back, my hair cascading down my back.
The spotlight danced across my curves, highlighting the subtle sweat on my skin, making the rise and fall of my chest noticeable with my every breath.
I swayed my hips, making the tassels on my dress twirled and I spun the chair (that cooperated thank heavens!) in which I heard gasps from the crowd.
Then I leaned forward, looking at Lion (who looked at me with a fiery gaze) and smiled at him with a raised eyebrow.
The music pulsed and I continued to dance, spinning and twirling as I can feel his heated gaze towards me.
That violet jewel is mine.

I jumped with glee as I headed back towards Lion. (Yes, I changed my clothes)
I went towards them when I noticed that they are all looking at me with a very, very heated gaze towards me.
Then I glanced around and saw heaps of bottles surrounding them.
Uh-oh.
....
Thankfully, the room that is free is big enough to have several smaller rooms inside. Lion and I are sharing the largest room while the rest are staying in the smaller rooms individually.
But we all had to share the bathroom.
After I've done bathing, I went towards the room that Lion and I are staying.
The bed is so soft that I'm beginning to feel sleepy.
I was about to close my eyes when I saw Lion coming inside the room, closing the door behind his back while looking at me with burning desire on his eyes.
I do hope he brought enough Puma's potion.
