It seemed like something bigger is about to happen when I noticed that the crowd of creatures surrounding us, hurriedly went outside the throne room.

I noticed everyone (except me and the guard) began to breathe deeply as 3 more smaller lycans joined Alpha.
Suddenly, a bubble enveloped me and floated me high up in the ceiling. Everyone stared at me, transfixed while I kept banging on the bubble that somehow did not pop. I yelled at Lion to let me out while he kept shaking his head, starting to panic as the bubble did not pop even when he used his magic.
It was the guard who did that to protect me as he announced to everyone that to decide whoever will be the Alpha of the expedition (what expedition?), they must try to show their abilities by fighting and eliminating each other's alpha and pack members. Killing is not allowed. Using magic is not allowed also. This battle will be everyone using their primal self.
Also, he added, that the bubble will break whoever is the Alpha victor in the battle.

Orm's elf like features disappeared as well, replaced by a horrible looking being that can only be found in nightmares.
I'm starting to get scared.
I didn't expect Ghost's form. I thought at first that he resembled a ghost, which is why I named him Ghost. But what he turned into is something that almost made me want to faint. His body is still the same, but his face and extremities is something that would be at best describe as a lich, which you can read about in fantasy novels.
I'm starting to shake out of fear when I remembered that the 3 lycans, Alpha and Lion did not change yet.
My sanity is almost singing the Kumbaya Song.
The 3 lycans and Alpha thankfully looked like what I see in fantasy comics but only bigger and their fangs are longer, sharper to look at. Their eyes are what scared me most. They looked blood thirsty. Even though the predators usually don't have fangs, the 4 of them have.
I'm shaking out of fear but I can't get out of this bubble no matter how much I tried kicking it.
Then I remembered that Lion did not transform yet.
I noticed him looking at me and mouthing me the words, don't look at me.
Then he transformed.
It's like I'm looking at a creature from hell.
There's no humanity left in his current form.
He has plenty of horns. His teeth are razor sharp, his claws are oversized that are disproportionate to his body while the color of his body is like darkness that can consume you.
But his eyes is what scares me the most. It is like looking inside the hell pit.
He is the biggest among them all.
I'm scared.

The scene that I just saw is way outside human understanding.
Tears fell down my cheeks as I sobbed quietly. I want to close my eyes but I can't. I don't know why.

I lay down in a fetal position and just stare at nothing. My body continued to tremble as I heard too many terrible sounds happening.
I tried to cover my ears but I can hear sounds of roars, snarls, unearthly sounds of body hitting each other or hitting on the ground.
I can hear sickening crunch of bone and tearing of flesh as I realized that I am truly lucky to have survived this long among them.
They are monsters.

When I used to read about fantasy novel scenes where monsters attack each other, I always think it would be awesome to witness it.
I was wrong.
It was horrible.
I caught some glimpses of them and I cannot fully describe what I just saw.
I want to claw my eyes out.
I just covered my ears and closed my eyes while crying silently.
I'm scared.

I continued to cry until I fainted.
