"That trash bastard's talent… it actually allowed me to improve to the level of the Perfection Circle 9th Layer. Not bad," muttered a woman with blonde hair. Her eyes showed a gentle look, and her smile showed that she was a woman from a prominent family.
The woman let out a small laugh. With a shake of her head, her entire expression returned as if nothing had happened.
The woman nodded in satisfaction. She remembered how she got the talent from William, which allowed her to reach the peak of her power.
The woman now took a deep breath. Her face showed a little regret as she remembered how she got orders from her family.
"I wasn't supposed to be that man's woman in the first place. But gosh... I didn't expect what my mother said to be true. That trash could even make me achieve this high level of improvement. That's a lot better than practicing for dozens of hours." The woman waved her hand. A moment after she waved it, all the pressure on her body disappeared, returning her to her human form.
The woman frowned. She stopped in her tracks, her eyes fixed on the window in the corridor.
The woman stretched out her hand toward the moon in the sky. Her gaze showed curiosity, remembering that William was a man born with great talent.
"It's a pity that I appeared in front of him. If I hadn't sucked away all his talent, I'm afraid he would sooner or later have been able to carry out his crazy plan." The woman sighed. Her face showed a relieved expression. She then resumed her steps.
The woman initially wanted to continue walking. However, the figure of a young woman appeared before her. A slightly confused expression appeared on her face.
"Elena... what are you doing?"
The young woman with pure white hair nodded. Her eyes showed a sharp look. Her expression showed that she was aware of what was happening.
"It's still not over. Diana, I previously had a vision that sooner or later something big would happen."
"A big thing? Can you explain it properly?" Diana frowned. Her previously calm face turned dark, and a hint of an ugly expression appeared on it.
Her previously beautiful face now had a look of fear. She realized that Elena possessed the Vision of the Gods, allowing her to see all the futures of living beings.
"About that trash king... he will rise again. When the time comes, be it you, me, and his seven concubines... we will all bow under him."
Diana blinked several times. Her voice showed laughter, making it clear that she thought what Elena said was a joke.
"Huh? Pfft... that really makes me want to laugh! How could that trash be able to defeat me? That's a dream! Even if he came back alive from the dead... he can't become a strong warrior. He's simply not talented."
Elena shook her head. Her eyes focused on Diana, a slight feeling of suspicion rising in her heart.
"I see. Have you broken through? So that's how it is. This is really very interesting. Forget it. I just said what I wanted to say. Good luck, Diana." Elena walked away from the hallway. Her face had now completely calmed down, her eyes showing an indifferent look.
After Elena left, Diana's face showed a dark expression. One of her hands seemed to form an extremely powerful aura, which could easily defeat experts of the same level as her.
Diana sighed heavily. With her elegant and arrogant face, she now decided to walk away from that place.
Diana closed her eyes. Several murmurs came from her beautiful lips as she remembered that tomorrow was William's funeral.
"I want to see whether what you said is true or not. Elena, I bet it's impossible for what you saw to happen."
At the side of the underground room of the royal palace, the figure of a blue-haired woman showed a lazy expression. In one hand, she carried a knife with a beautiful shape.
The blade radiated a silver aura; a single slash from it was enough to cleave a large rock. By holding the knife out in front of her, a coffin appeared before her.
"Okay! I've finished it. I wish the First Sister all the best." The woman gave a small grin. Bringing the knife back to its place, she began to place William's body in the coffin.
The woman showed an evil expression. She had now set several traps in the chest, hoping that thieves would not be able to take William's body.
"It's a pity. Even though he is handsome, his heart is very dirty. This is the result of you daring to think about conquering the entire world."
Inside the coffin, one of William's fingers was seen moving. But his heart wasn't beating.
A little power flowed through his veins, healing the wound in his heart and covering it with regenerating cells. His soul soared without anyone realizing it.
The woman didn't realize what was happening. She had now completely closed the top of the coffin. Her face showed a look of relief.
The woman shook her head. She commented a little to herself.
"Hm... impossible. Who would believe that trash isn't dead? That's just Elena's words."
The next day passed, and all the nobles and citizens ran toward the main church. Their expressions showed happy faces.
The citizens now bowed their bodies. Some grateful expressions could be seen on their faces; it seemed that they had completely worshiped their god.
The nobles cried, but their cries were not those of having lost their best king. On the contrary, the nobles cried because they felt very happy after the death of their trash king.
"The first wife of King William, Selena VI Belial, please stand to give a final farewell to the king."
Selena was now carrying a flower in her hand, which was a pink flower. After reaching the side of the coffin, she placed it on top without hesitation.
Selena then placed both hands in a prayer position. Turning to the statue, she offered a prayer to the figure.
"Oh god, I beg you not to let problems like this happen again in the Lionheart Kingdom. I don't want things like that to happen again due to the actions of irresponsible rulers in the future. I beg you to keep any bad things away from this kingdom."
As if responding to Selena's prayer, the statue's two eyes flashed with light. William's coffin floated upward, followed by a crashing sound from inside.
Suddenly, some surprising things happened. The statue exploded, leaving behind fragments of its essence. The two eyes of the statue were destroyed as if they had been damaged by a higher being.
In a split second, the aura in the room turned extremely dense. All the nobles showed fearful expressions, assuming that enemies from outside had begun to attack the kingdom.
Unfortunately, with the sound of breathing from the coffin, the figure of a man was seen coming out of it. His face showed a look of arrogance.
The man waved his hand. An explosion occurred against the coffin, and an oppressive aura that shattered the glass windows of the church was formed.
