GENERAL PROVISIONS
This code establishes the mandatory rules for all resident students of Nigella, in order to guarantee order, stability, safety, and harmony within the city of Craddle.
Ignorance of these rules does not exempt from responsibility.
FUNDAMENTAL RULES
1. The establishment of romantic, emotional, or affective relationships between students is strictly prohibited.
2. Crossing physical, symbolic, or administrative boundaries established within Craddle is prohibited.
3. Entering houses not assigned to the student is not permitted without the explicit authorization of the assigned resident or a caregiver.
4. Absence from Nigella without authorized justification is prohibited. Repeated absence will be considered a serious anomaly.
5. Students must care for, protect, attend to, and remain constantly attentive to their sponsors, treating them with respect, kindness, and absolute compliance.
6. The use, manipulation, or interaction with vehicles, objects, artifacts, or technologies belonging to caregivers or sponsors is prohibited.
7. Circulation through the streets of Craddle or within Nigella is not permitted after 18:00 hours.
RULES ON CONDUCT AND VIOLENCE
8. All forms of violence are prohibited.
9. Any act that degrades, alters, or endangers the physical, emotional, or psychological state of students will be severely punished.
10. Students are obligated to maintain their integrity intact at all times.
11. Students who demonstrate greater attractiveness, personal care, and proper preservation will be rewarded according to current criteria.
EXCEPTION PROTOCOL
12. Certain rules may be omitted only by direct order of a caregiver or sponsor.
13. In the event of any rule violation, the student has 30 minutes to immediately report to the nearest agent.
14. Consequences will be considerably more severe if this procedure is not followed.
DEFENSE AND SECURITY PROTOCOL
(Applicable in the event of external disturbances or unknown threats)
15. In the presence of external or unknown entities, or situations that represent a significant and non-negotiable danger, students are authorized to apply defense and security protocols.
16. A significant danger is defined as any situation that cannot be resolved through dialogue, passive avoidance, or minimal containment.
17. Protocols must be executed strictly according to hierarchical order and level of danger:
17.1 Immediate activation of the pacifiers installed in Nigella and Craddle. (Automatic activation if cameras record the incident).
17.2 Immediate call to the nearest agents.
17.3 Authorized use of electric stun guns for neutralization. Carrying them is mandatory.
17.4 In extreme cases, the exceptional use of Nur is authorized to escape or confront the threat in an organized manner. Responsibility falls on the highest-ranking student.
18. Improper or excessive use of these protocols will be considered a serious offense, even if the threat was real.
