Chapter 76 - Ch-77 .Dutchy of Westirifer and Capital of Serendity Established.

It was evening, and two hours had already passed. More than 40,000 people stood gathered in front of the Ducal House, buzzing with anticipation about what was to come.

Why, after all, had Lucifer summoned them all?

A short while later, the great gates of the Ducal House swung open. Three heavily laden wagons rolled out, pulled by Mephis, Opaline, and Ysoria. The wagons were piled high with countless small bags, and the strain on the horses made it clear just how heavy the load was.

Trailing behind the wagons, four women emerged and took their places beside them.

Those four women were Mia, Amelia, Westeria, and Ruby.

Mia wore a violet kirtle of such fine, slightly transparent fabric that it clung to every curve of her body. Over it, a rich red surcoat added a striking contrast. The thin material left little to the imagination—her full, generous breasts were tightly outlined, and the sheer quality of the cloth made her appear almost bare. Her long blonde hair fell to her waist; her emerald eyes, rimmed with kohl, gave her the look of a divine enchantress. And those ripe, crimson lips—plump like fresh grapes begging to be tasted. In a word: breathtakingly sexy, yet impossibly graceful.

Beside Mia stood Amelia, no less stunning. Her ash-grey silver hair cascaded to her waist, framing moon-pale eyes also lined with kohl. She wore a loose sapphire cradle-night gown to accommodate the gentle swell of her belly—she was pregnant with Lucifer's twins—yet the thin fabric did nothing to hide her erect nipples. The gown hung loose in front but hugged her from behind, accentuating her swaying, curvaceous hips. Her plum-colored lips looked soft and inviting, as though made to be nibbled. One glance at Amelia was enough to ignite fierce desire in anyone.

Next to them was Westeria, clad in a long auburn gown with a simple black apron tied over it. Her beauty was different—ethereal, almost otherworldly, like a siren risen from the deep. Her breasts were not as large as Mia's, but perfectly shaped, stirring not raw lust but a deep, protective love, as if she were something infinitely precious. Her soft pink lips and flowing hair made her indescribably captivating.

At the end stood Ruby. She wore far less makeup than the others, but her natural simplicity was her greatest allure. Her brown hair was woven into a gentle waterfall braid; her lips a natural rosy pink. A rose-pink long-sleeved shirt revealed a tempting glimpse of deep cleavage, paired with a soft brown frock. She radiated a calm, motherly, mature aura—utterly ethereal.

If one had to sum up the beauty of all four women in a single phrase: they were beauties capable of toppling nations.

On the opposite side stood Allen, dressed impeccably in a crisp white shirt beneath a black coat, black trousers, and polished black boots—every inch the perfect butler. Behind him were Silva, Selene, Vibrosa, Samuel, and the other elves, along with Jeff, Jason, Edmund, Baldwin, Oswald, Vinni, Agnes, Matilda, and the rest.

Everything was ready. Only Lucifer remained.

At last, he appeared.

Everyone had expected him to arrive in grand attire, but Lucifer wore only a simple light-brown shirt, black trousers, and ordinary shoes. No ornamentation, no display. His face was clean, hair neatly combed, a faint smile playing on his lips.

He walked to the edge of the raised platform and called, "Allen."

Allen stepped forward. "Yes, Master."

"Send Silva, Selene, and Aunt Misty to Mommy's side."

Allen nodded and departed to carry out the order.

Then, in a warm, melodic voice, Lucifer addressed the crowd:

"I, Lucifer, thank you all from the bottom of my heart for answering my call and gathering here today.

Today, I will not listen to you—you will listen to me.

The Asher family that once ruled here no longer exists. That means the duchy once known as Asher has ended with them.

So tell me: what is your identity now? Which town do you belong to? Who is your duke?

Do you know?"

A man in the crowd shouted, "Young Master, you drove the Ashers away—so you are our duke now, aren't you?"

Lucifer replied, "Yes, I removed the Ashers. You're right that far, uncle. But I am not the duke here, nor will I ever be."

A ripple of unease passed through the crowd. Mia, Amelia, Westeria, and Ruby looked visibly confused.

Another voice called out, "Have we wronged you somehow? Is that why you refuse to be our duke?"

"No, uncle, that is not the reason at all.

Let me clear the confusion for you."

He continued, "Beloved citizens of this duchy—from this day forward, I, Lucifer, take the family name Velmora."

He gestured toward Mia and summoned her forward. She approached, and Lucifer placed his hands gently on her shoulders from behind, easing her a step ahead.

"Citizens, from this day forward, this duchy will have no duke.

Instead, it will have only a Grand Duchess—my mommy, who is also my wife: Mia Velmora."

The crowd erupted in cheers.

"Grand Duchess!"

"All hail Grand Duchess Mia Velmora!"

"Guide us well, Duchess!"

"You are breathtaking, Duchess!"

A soft smile touched Mia's lips, but inwardly she was stunned.

Lucifer stepped forward again. "No need to celebrate just yet—I'll give everyone plenty more reasons to cheer."

He called Westeria next. She joined him, and he took her hand, brushing a light kiss across her fingers.

"Citizens of this duchy—this is my Wess, my dear Wess.

I cannot measure love, but I can say this: I want no world in which my Wess does not exist."

Westeria's cheeks flushed deep pink.

"In truth," Lucifer continued, "Wess is Allen's wife. But later, I proposed to her myself, and she consented to marry me as well.

I have named this duchy by blending our love. If it pleases you, accept it.

I name this land Westirifer."

The crowd roared approval.

"Young Master, we gladly accept Westirifer!"

"The name is beautiful!"

"From today, we are citizens of Westirifer Duchy!"

Lucifer smiled. "Of course it's beautiful—it bears the name of my beloved Wess."

Westeria blushed even deeper, a mix of shyness and joy.

Next, he summoned Amelia. She approached, and Lucifer took her hand, drew her forward, then knelt to kiss her knuckles before rising.

"Citizens—this is my cherished big sister Amelia. Like my mommy and my Wess, she too is my wife. From today, she shall be Chancellor of Westirifer, and its Duchess."

Finally, he called Ruby. She came to him, and he enveloped her in a gentle hug from behind, whispering in her ear, "Mumma, I don't want Mommy or big sister Amelia to feel jealous, but today you look the most beautiful of all. Your simplicity is what I love most."

Before she could reply, he turned to the crowd.

"Citizens of Westirifer—this is my dearest aunt, whom I also call Mumma."

He beckoned Jason and Jeff forward.

"This is her son, Jason—my little brother in every way that matters. And this is my uncle, Jeff."

Taking Ruby's hand again, he declared, "My aunt, like my dear Wess, is also my wife—though I am not her first husband; Uncle Jeff holds that honor.

And now, as your son and brother, I open a medical center in my

aunt's name: Ruby Bloom Hospice.

Treatment for all ailments will be available here at minimal cost—just 10 copper coins per person.

I myself will treat you, especially expectant mothers past five months. I know a method for painless delivery, ensuring no mother or child is lost."

He gestured toward Allen.

"Citizens, this is Allen—my butler, first husband to my Wess, and from today, Head Minister of this duchy."

Allen, Westeria, Ruby, and Mia all stared in stunned silence.

The crowd, however, was ecstatic—Lucifer seemed nothing less than a benevolent angel to them.

Lucifer spoke once more.

"We have settled titles, the duchy's name, and my family name. But we have not yet named our capital city."

His voice grew solemn.

"Citizens, someone very close to my heart was taken from me today—through my own fault.

I lost my unborn daughter, whom I had already named Seren in my mind. She was only one month and six days old.

The mother carrying her ended her life with tansy herb.

Therefore, I propose the name Serendity for our capital. If none object, let it stand."

A heavy silence fell over the multitude. Not a sound stirred.

Tears welled in the eyes of Mia and Amelia. Westeria understood without words. Allen's face drained of color. Silva pieced it together. Jeff's breathing quickened. Ruby, having heard it from Jeff earlier, already knew.

Lucifer continued, "Though I am not your duke, I do have rules—binding on every citizen and on my own Velmora family alike.

I know you all enjoy sex; everyone does." He glanced at Mia with a playful smirk. "Look at my mommy—she's so sexy right now that I feel like making her my bitch right here and fucking her."

Mia flushed crimson at his bold, honest words.

"But," he went on, "there are conditions.

- Both parties must consent. Force because one desires and the other does not—punishment: death.

- Rape will not be tolerated in my duchy—punishment: death.

- No boy under sixteen, no girl under sixteen, may engage in full sexual intercourse. Kissing, oral pleasure, manual or oral stimulation are permitted if desire is urgent—but no penetration of vagina or anus with penis. I will personally demonstrate proper methods live or via magic crystal if needed. Violation: five years' imprisonment.

- Theft: ten years' imprisonment.

- Murder: death, if guilt is proven or no just cause found.

- Fraud: five years' exile.

- No one shall worship the Church of Poison, Death, and Defilement here."

He paused, letting the weight settle.

"Some of you will rejoice at these laws; some may resent them. Time will tell.

In Westirifer there will be a ducal family, but no division of noble and common. All are equal—either all noble, or all common. No discrimination.

Now, the evening is still young. On behalf of your Grand Duchess, your Duchess, and my dear Wess, I have prepared a small gift for you all."

Voices rose eagerly: "Young Master, what is the gift?"

Lucifer smiled. "Form five lines and come forward one by one."

The wagons were brought closer. He instructed Mia, Amelia, Ruby, Westeria, and Jeff to distribute the bags.

"My beloved citizens of Westirifer—here is your gift, from my mommy, my Wess, my sister, my aunt, and my uncle.

Each bag contains 5,000 copper coins and 4 silver coins. Use them wisely, and do not quarrel."

The crowd cried, "Thank you, Master!"

Lines formed, and distribution continued deep into the night. When all was done, 9,000 bags remained—meaning 61,000 souls had come that day.

Thus ended Lucifer's second day in the Duchy of Westirifer.
