Aegon gestured to Helena to "follow."

"Is that one of ours?"
Just as Aegon was wondering, the Dragonrider on Sheepstealer's back had already dismounted.
Aegon looked over at the sound and froze on the spot.
The Dragonrider on Sheepstealer's back was actually Hugh, looking disheveled and awkward!
No wonder Sunfyre hadn't shown any sign of tension the entire time.
"Hugh?"

Sheepstealer suddenly sensed the panic in its rider's heart, raised its head, and let out a roar containing a warning.
"Hiss-roar!"
Sunfyre behind Aegon immediately roared back.
Dreamfyre also raised her head, letting out a furious roar.
Sunfyre now was no longer the small Dragon that used to run around chased by The Cannibal.
With a body size exceeding fifty meters and an extremely durable physique, Sunfyre now wasn't even afraid of a one-on-one fight with The Cannibal, let alone with Dreamfyre assisting.
If Sheepstealer dared to attack, Sunfyre was confident in tearing this Mud Dragon apart together with Dreamfyre.
Dreamfyre, Sunfyre, and Sheepstealer faced off, while Hugh's face turned fearful.
Aegon glanced at Sheepstealer, then stepped forward to help Hugh up.
Aegon knew Hugh's thoughts perfectly well; he was just afraid of being stripped of his Dragonrider status.
"Hugh, I'm very happy that you were willing to come to me on your own after taming Sheepstealer.
But I don't like that you don't trust me and try to be clever with me.
My perspective isn't that narrow. Think about it yourself, before you tamed Sheepstealer, did I treat you badly?
As for your worry about your humble origins, I have my ways to solve it. I trust you the most, and I ask you to trust me as well."
