She supported the woman carefully and helped her upstairs. The woman's body was surprisingly light, but her posture remained elegant even as she leaned on Isabella's shoulder. Her dress was luxurious and understated, the kind that only someone truly wealthy could wear without trying to show off.
When they arrived at the private room, Isabella guided her onto the sofa.
There was mineral water on the table, so she quickly opened a bottle and poured a glass. She handed it over.
"Drink some water first."
The woman accepted it, took a few small sips, and finally seemed to regain a bit of color. She leaned back against the sofa and let out a quiet sigh, then looked at Isabella with a smile that was unexpectedly warm.
