Chris cracked his fingers, ready to tear Bob's face apart.
Andrew and Coner picked up small rocks and started throwing them at him.
Andrew: Get away, you bastard!
Coner: Get away from him, you animal!
Both of them were completely terrified, but to survive, they had no choice but to run.
Chris screamed and charged at them.
They both ran at full speed.
Andrew: Bob, now is not the time to stay on your knees! Get up and run before he catches us again!
Bob stood up and ran outside the temple.
As they escaped, someone stepped out from inside the temple. Only a single foot was visible.

Boy: Man, everything feels so peaceful.
Other boy: Yeah, ever since that guy left.
Another boy: Still, that day was hell.
Flashbacks appeared of the day when bullies injured so many students.
A girl: If it wasn't for Daniel and the new boy, we might have ended up in the hospital.
Boy, sweating: Hey, don't remind me. My brother got hurt that day. I don't even want to think about it.
Suddenly, screams echoed.
Boy: What's that?
Someone is coming this way!
Bob, Andrew, and Coner came running back into the school.
Student: Hey, it's Bob and his lackeys! What's wrong?
Coner: Everyone, run! There's a wild beast chasing us!
Others: What are they talking about? A beast? In the city?
Andrew: Shut it, Coner! Everyone, we are under attack! A student from Ironfall Academy attacked us near the temple and is now following us all the way here!
Everyone: What?!
A student from Ironfall Academy dared to come here?
One guy: Let him come, we'll beat him—
His leg was suddenly slashed.
Chris had entered the school.
Chris: I'll kill every last one of you! All of you!
Everyone looked at him in terror. Some students ran away, leaving Bob and his group behind.
Bob: Wait—help us! We're injured too!
Chris stood above them, breathing heavily as he prepared to strike.
???: That's enough! Stop this now!
Daniel grabbed Chris's arm and threw him back.
Bob, Andrew, Coner: Daniel!
Daniel: Are you all right? If so, get away as fast as you can.
Chris stood up again, staring at Daniel as if he were a wall blocking his goal.
Daniel: I don't know what you are, but you look human. You're from Ironfall Academy, right?
Chris didn't answer. He attacked again.
Daniel dodged.
Daniel: You can't understand me? What the hell are you?
Daniel kicked him in the face, sending Chris flying back.
Daniel: I didn't know someone like you existed in that school, but I'm certain you can't beat me like this.
Chris charged again. Daniel caught his arm, flipped him, and kicked him down.
Daniel: A beast can't beat a skilled fighter.
Daniel's eyes widened as he barely jumped away, feeling his sleeves tear apart.
Daniel: Damn it… I underestimated this thing. If that's the case, I won't hold back either.
As Daniel prepared to attack again, Mark struck Chris from behind, hitting his neck and knocking him out.
Mark: I told you not to do this, but you never listen.
Wayne ran over.
Wayne: Is he okay?
Mark: He is, but they aren't.
He glanced at Bob, Andrew, and Coner sitting on the ground behind Daniel, shaking in fear.
Wayne: Do you realize we're inside Blackridge right now?
Mark: I do. It's forbidden to enter another school without permission.
Daniel: Interesting. Was this your plan—to hurt our boys?
Mark: Huh?
Daniel: I don't know what happened, but it looks like your friend was after them. Why?
Wayne: That's—
Mark stopped him.
Mark: He wasn't in his right mind. But fine, we did enter without permission.
Daniel: Then you know the answer.
He cracked his fist.
Daniel: We have the right to fight back.
Mark walked forward.

Students murmured around them.
