Led by Beast Hank, Lancelot entered a quiet room.

Hank had waited three long years for Lancelot's return.

the glory and honor of the Mutant Evolution House vanished with Lancelot's disappearance.

Lancelot said calmly, his tone turning solemn,
"will be destroyed by my hand."
To Lancelot, there was no need to reverse the future.
He intended to destroy both the present and the future of this timeline.
"Hank, leave us," Lancelot said, waving him away as he opened the Eye of the Future.

Before his eyes, two different futures unfolded.
On the left was a smooth transition to 1973, where the Mutant Evolution House flourished.
On the right was a future that dragged on for decades—
ending in 2023, consumed by the Sentinel Crisis.
In that future, the surviving mutants stood on the edge of a cliff.
Countless Sentinels advanced toward them.
A 240-year-old Magneto struggled to resist, controlling a massive storm of metal.
Behind him, inside a ruined building, Kitty Pryde used her powers to send Logan's consciousness back into the past.
"The future is already on the brink," Lancelot said coldly.
He could allow the future to shatter—but if it truly disappeared,
he would be permanently trapped in this timeline.
"…Enough of that," Lancelot exhaled slowly.
"Let's start by drawing a god-tier ocular technique."
"System," he commanded,
"draw a God-level Eye Technique."

White circles overlapped crimson pupils, making his gaze eerily divine.

Lancelot smiled.

A black rod formed in Lancelot's right palm—

It could also replicate into six identical rods.
Lancelot stood and left the room.
In Professor X's chamber, Logan was still kneeling.
"Professor X… what's happening?"
The future Logan asked desperately.
"Don't resist," Professor X said bitterly.
"This is my king's absolute command. Even I cannot oppose it."
Professor X felt conflicted.
He never imagined Lancelot would return after three years.
He didn't know why Lancelot had disappeared—
but he knew one thing for certain:
His return would bring a bloodbath.
The end of humanity was approaching.
"Absolute command…?"
Logan was terrified. In his future, he had forgotten everything—
including the terror Lancelot once brought.
"Professor X," Lancelot said as he appeared,
"find Mystique Raven for me."
"I'm sorry… I can no longer use Cerebro,"
Professor X said guiltily.
"Trash," Lancelot replied coldly, stepping forward.
Boom!
Professor X's consciousness wavered.
He saw a pair of massive six-ringed eyes,
and a terrifying will instantly invaded his mind.
Reincarnation Eye — Human Path
A mental invasion far superior to telepathy.
Reading memories. Extracting souls. Child's play.
Professor X froze.
When he regained awareness, his eyes had changed—
identical to Lancelot's.
Using one of the Six Paths, Lancelot seized control of Professor X's mind
and guided him into the ruined Cerebro chamber.
He forced Professor X's hands to place the helmet on.

Lancelot's presence expanded infinitely.
Every human consciousness on Earth appeared before him.
It felt as though he stood among the stars—
countless points of light flickering in the void.

Lancelot instructed calmly.
Images flickered wildly.

Lancelot withdrew his power.
Professor X collapsed to the ground.
Lancelot glanced at him indifferently and summoned the black rod.

He drove it straight into Professor X's shoulder.
A scream—then silence.
"Become my way of life."
The Reincarnation Eye pulsed.
Power surged through the rod and flooded Professor X's body.
In an instant, Professor X's eyes transformed.
A new power awakened within him—
far more terrifying than telepathy.
"This… is the way of the world."
Professor X's gaze turned cold and emotionless.
He had become one of the Six Paths.
The Reincarnation Eye could control not only corpses—
even living beings could be turned into puppets.
"Come," Lancelot said calmly.
"I will make this world feel pain."
Professor X stood up.
Humanity's collective consciousness now overlaid his own—
